Only location So bad recieption staff ..they ask money for extending 20 minutes for check out. The check out was at 12ock...the room is terruble so small its around 12 sm not as room I booked 20 sm ..when i asked them to give me the same room that I booked they told me there room all are 16 sm so it mean there information in booming not true

The hotel is very good located, clean and good staff. Need to improve the breakfast.

The room was in good location without noise, good room to sleep well. Breakfast was challenging for me despite many options, but the meal is different from what I'm used to eat, because I usually eat Portuguese food, but here it was totally different and I understand because it has to do with the country's culture, so it was limited for me. , but this does not take away the merit of breakfast. Breakfast could include the availability of fried eggs, scrambled eggs and omelets, this can help people from other cultures.

Its in the city center, near to bus stop, tren and tram There’s no Air con so it’s hot inside our room. we open the balcony if we are in our room so there will be air and it will not be hot. But we can hear the noised from outside

Nice hotel Area

Beds comfortable location good. Staff friendly and helpful, shower great Rooms in General need a touch up fresh bit of paint and sealant of the shower. My fridge was not working, breakfast not much option wise at all and you have to pay extra for fried egg etc

Second time we are here, Nice breakfast, comfortable room and bed, near everything you need, good service from reception and the guys serving breakfast. Omelette is delicious and the fresh orange juice too.

Location & Quality for money Fridge wasnt working properly. Warm water provided. Informed staff. And said there's nothing they could do. Could smell smoking fumes from my room from someone smoking in another room and hallway. When I informed staff that the smell was making me feel nauseous because it was that strong coming into my room with closed doors and windows. Staff said theres nothing they could do. Breakfast is very limited, to be honest I would recommend breakfast somewhere outside, probably cheaper and so much better to represent Istanbul. Rooms just need a good upkeep. Mattresses need refreshing, Sealent in bathrooms need refreshing, electric cords need refreshing. But again I guess it was good enough for the money we paid.

When i book the hotel we mention that we are xoming for honeymoon i book a sweat i ended up with small room very dirty with a phone making noises i went down i ask them to change my room they told me you have to pay extra and one of the receptionist told me that you pay only 3 days i show him my booking confirmation which is from 16 january to 21 january he keep telling me no your check out on 19 i ask him to call the manager The manager came i show him my booking number he sais it's ok youcan relax The worst thing hapenned to us when i was sleepinh suddenly my husband wake me up and tell me that he found big buds inside our bed i took my husband to tge hospital because he started scratching his body i have. Location Rooms were not clean, toilet would not flush and the biggest problem we had was the room was infested with bed bugs so we left immediately.

i like it cos it was near of everything. there is a bed bugs, and i did not sleep my whole stay, Please do something with those parasites, even if the cleaner change it everyday, bed bugs was every where.

Excellent location. Terrible breakfast. Basic food. Disinterested staff. They ran out of tea, which is essential for a good Turkish breakfast. Worst of all, I got food poisoning and was ill for several weeks afterwards.

The best hotel in the taksim, very safe, secure and full of support and cooperation hotel. We forgot our phone and other items while checking out, received the lost items from the counter the next day, very safe and secured hotel for visitors, I am exceptionally satisfied.

The breakfast fell below the standard of a 4-star hotel. The room is cramped, and the bathroom lacks sufficient privacy. There was a shortage of towels, shampoo, and shower gel, and no lotion was provided. The bedding fabric triggered an allergy. The absence of a kitchen during the day was inconvenient. The receptionist was rude, hanging up on me twice, and struggled to understand English. This is not the first time, as the other reception staff also did not respond due to a lack of English proficiency. Overall, it was a negative experience at this hotel. I've booked 4-star hotels in this area before, and their quality and services were excellent. This hotel, however, falls significantly short and seems more in line with a 3-star rating. Sorry, but this is the truth.

Terrible service and terrible staff, very small rooms, everything costs more than you are told initially, the hotel shuttle and everything else. Breakfast was too poor, very little choice of foods and drinks

Breakfast is quiet good but less variety It’s too small. No space for anything. Even the lift fits just one person
