The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the center of Taksim and close to everything we needed. The staff was very polite and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staffs are great. I booked two rooms for seven days, we could not get two rooms next to each other but the staff was very kind and change one of the room to a better room after two days. The location was good and so close to the downtown and Breakfast was good with the price. The rooms are extremely small. The toilets are smelly and cramped, with barely enough space for one person. Street noise is clearly audible inside, especially on the third and fourth floors. There seems to be a serious issue with the door key system—we were able to enter our room a couple of times without using the key card.

Honestly nothing, The toilet was broken, the shower was clogged, water wouldn’t drain, the doors don’t lock, the room isn’t clean, I woke up with spots all over my body, it lacked many aminities not like they mentioned

Nothing People staying in 7th floor cannot sleep because of the music at the 8th floor. Disco music till after midnight.

The reception staff ella was very kind and nice in dealing with us .. hotel location was averagely good.. The facilities are very old , breakfast was very limited in food and same limitation every day, noisy neighborhood..

The location was good as well as the breakfast(almos ok). The hotel generally was not clean. The bathrooms were not clean at all. It was moist and smelly, probably bcz of the spa in the hotel, and the rooms were really small and dark. Considering the money we paid, we were not happy at all and kind of shocked. Soma ranian travel agencies said it's the best, but it was obviously a lie.
