I appreciated the friendly, welcoming staff and the convenient location near Taksim Square. The furniture in the hotel felt quite outdated, and the bathroom really needs a refresh. The air conditioners didn't work well, when we checked the filters, they were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was disappointing, same options every day with limited choices and only tea to drink.

The view from the room is awesome, I can see ocean and Galata tower from the bed. The service is really nice. Nearby the hotel has a really good breakfast

The host Suat, who took care of everything, leaves the best impression. Good, kind, very businesslike and always available. The building is in a very interesting place, everything is within easy reach. The main street is very close, for those who want to feel the real Istanbul, warm recommendations.
