It is not my first time , I always choose Ferman Pera hotel , very clean , so comfortable , so friendly and helpful staff and amazing location

the staff are nice and cooperative, the hotels location is really good for our stay of 5 days we did not have a working ac once, the window in our room was also closed with a wall built in front of it, we literally did not have any form of ventilation whatsoever. we couldn’t sleep because of the heat and the humidity. they said that the problem is in the entire hotel and not just our room, but a problem like this should be compensated for i feel but they did not offer any compensation whatsoever. i’m not sure if this is a constant thing on their end or not, they did apologize for the inconvenience, however i personally wouldn’t recommend staying there if the issue is a constant matter and not just a one time thing

Staff was young and amazing helpful, add to that they can speak english which is hard to find in turkey

The room was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the best is very soft for a great sleep. Also, the aircon was very cold. We stayed for one night to catch our flight at Istanbul Airport. Nothing, everything was perfect and good value for what we paid.

The hotel is located in Taksim, right in the heart of the area. Everything you might need is just a short walk away shops, restaurants, laundry services, and public transport are all nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and humble. We asked to change our room multiple times, and they accommodated us without any hesitation. Their positive attitude made our stay more comfortable. The A.C. system had a serious problem. It would get extremely cold, and there was no way to adjust or control the temperature. One day, it even stopped working for more than two hours. Every day, the electricity would go off for about a minute before coming back. While it wasn’t a long outage, it was still inconvenient and concerning.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Istiklal Street, so you’re right in the center of all the action. Getting to the metro and bus stations is super easy, which made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They made sure all my needs were met and really went out of their way to ensure a comfortable visit. One feature I really appreciated was the luggage storage—they have a secure area where you can safely leave your bags, which was perfect for me on the last day when I had a late flight. The hotel also had an elevator (a small detail but so important when you’re carrying luggage), and the room itself was spotless. Everything was well-maintained and clean, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!
