The location. The room we booked they claimed was not available, so we only had the option that evening to stay in a windowless, scruffy, mold covered, not so clean room, with dripping toilet, not in any way the room we booked with window, with pictures suggesting light, clean, new furniture... The room we booked was at that time still available on booking though, so they lied or more likely the room simply does not exist. If we could have canceled for free on the spot, we would have done so. Fantastic location, in Beyoğlu area (Taksim) close to İstiklal street. Friendly staff. No elevator, hotel managers don't keep their promises! They promised us a room on the 1st floor but they found an excuse and that didn't happen.... The rooms were rather small.

I booked a room for my international wedding guests, but the experience was unacceptable. Initially, they were placed in a windowless room—a detail never mentioned in the description or photos. When we requested a change the following day, the new room had no hot water. My guests, who traveled a great distance for my wedding, were put through significant discomfort, and I was forced to move them to another hotel at midnight. This level of service is disgraceful and ruined a very special occasion for us.

location only rooms are too small you can’t walk even and washroom is too small with no shower water too much slow and air conditioning not working .no issues were solved till check out and owner cheats also with us .we let him know to do Turkish hamam and he charge is 750 tl per person .we were 3 persons .he charges 2250/- tl .the actual prices was 140 tl per person when we asked with hamam reception . we were shocked on that time .I told hotel owner for this that you overcharged.but he didn’t return money .don’t go to this hotel and I don’t recommend to any person for this hotel . no issues were solved .
