Elevator was out of order a few times (we stayed on floor 5). There wasn’t any common area to sit.

The location is perfect! The staff was very helpful securing a car to the airport and navigating through police blockades to get to taxi. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must try (with beautiful views). I had a basic room as a solo travel and it was all I needed with all the amenities (including an iron!). The shower head was a bit wonky but I think that could be fixed. Otherwise all good!

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of healthy choices and tasty desserts. It was rich and diverse daily. Besides this, they cleaned our room daily and changed our towels. The room and the hotel were designed with taste and it smelled really nice and fresh.

The loud music from the rooftop. Untill 1a.m . I will never understamd this..when a hotel is combining the business with a very loud rooftop. Decide..hotel where people sleep..or nightclub with strong bass. But do not take the money from both. The room with hamam, was a good and bad choice. The room is getting very hot from the hamam. So be carefull. I mean you can not sleep without aircon. And the staff...3 times told them that put back the hamam towels..because the cleaning took them . But. Nothing...they simply do not care.

The in-room hamam was pretty nice I had an issue with the body soap dispenser in my shower. Rather than fix it, they simply swapped it with the conditioner, so I simply couldn't use conditioner. While that's not a major problem, I'm disappointed by how poorly it was handled, which led me to simply not rely on the staff for other issues. The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff didn't properly close my window. My room was ground-level, and people smoked *directly* in front of it. Smoke was constantly filling my room, giving me headaches and making it impossible to sleep well. It also let in an exorbitant amount of noise from all the cars outside, honking, revving, or just blasting music. At 2 AM on the second night, I had had enough, and I was about to wedge a towel in the window seal to help, when I noticed the cleaning staff jammed the window into an ajar position. I ended up fixing it, which largely resolved the smoke and noise problems, but it's such a negligent oversight, combined with the disappointing resolution to the broken dispenser, that I couldn't possibly recommend this hotel. It's also a little far from most public transit, and the touts for the local strip clubs by the hotel can be annoying when you're trying to get back to your room

They had fantastic staff available. They were always willing to help and they did. I felt very safe here as a female sol

Hussein treated us great. He helped with our check in and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful and clean. I loved the rooftop restaurant and the rooms were top tier.

Location was great. Staff were helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful, in particular a gentleman named Kaan provided great service.

Kaan was great with check in procedures. Everything went smooth. The location was perfect in the middle of istiklal. The room was very nice and clean. I had a wonderful time.

This hotel is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a wonderful hotel/bar/rooftop! It is conveniently located 10 min from the tram station. You can access all the tourist sites by public transportation. Additionally, you are very close to the ferry station. I felt safe walking around the hotel; there were plenty of restaurants for every budget. Most importantly, the staff was helpful and kind. When I return to Istanbul, 100% sure I will be back at this hotel.

Everything was wonderful,staff was really friendly and kind,the only thing that I can say is the room was so small because there is no space to put the luggage but they solve my problem,totally everything was great ??

It was the perfect stay. The hot tub is great. The room is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful

The staff are very kind and helpful. They do their best to help out when you are experiencing any kind of difficulty. The location is great since it is near Istiklal street. I did enjoy their laundry service too. The luxury room with bath tub was really beautiful. Nothing in particular.
