The location was perfect , near the metro station and the center of the town. Also the police station was nearby . The room was pretty clean , and the staff was nice !! The ventilation system in the bathroom (toilet) didn't work..

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Location is good and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Room sizes are small as per prices, No sofa or chair is available even in deluxe rooms. Breakfast needs to improve alot. Fixed same menu everyday serving on tables. It doesn't look like 4 star hotel. Its like 3 star hotel.

It was very close to Isikhal Street with many options to shop and have meals. The staff was great - Merve at reception was a absolute star being helpful and always friendly! The cat was soo cute - being a cat lover, we enjoyed playing with her. Our room was spotless, we received free bottles of water each day, had a nice balcony and a nice shower without any worries of not having hot water! We will definitely come back again! There was nothing we did not like! What I will recommend is a bit of a variety of food on the breakfast menu. Another recommendation is maybe an armchair in the bedroom. This is just my personal taste.

The place was not clean at all. The service was poor, and the reception staff refused to allow my nephews to enter to help me with my children. There was excessive noise, and we were not informed about the breakfast arrangements. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent — close to Istiklal Street, Taksim Square, and the metro station. The room was clean and serviced daily. Being able to book without a credit card was also a great advantage.

The place was nice, the room was really very clean, tidy and comfortable, the bed was so relaxing and the staff was very kind and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast was rich and delicious. Menemen was amazing! Everyone should try! Special regards to the receptionist Hüseyin...! I' ll never forget all the assistance and kindness from the first day I came. Thank you so much... The location is perfect, in the heart of Taksim square, and 3 minutes to the transportation. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, big thanks to Jason who was very kind and helpful. The Wifi signal was a bit weak but it works in general. The bed duvet was a bit small for two people, would be nice if it was a bit bigger.

Very good location, near Taksim square and Istiklak Street, the street is very calm comparing to other noisy streets arounds. The room was large and clean and the bed very confortable with everyday 2 bottles of water and nescafe. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with few items and not very good quality and the same daily. And if you have your breakfast after half an hour of its opening many items will be missing. The channels of the Tv were not working

Location Breakfast a huge room for improvement: a juice machine that serves only water, limited coffee per customer, same food repetitive everyday(we stayed for 6 days and it’s the same breakfast throughout our stay)

It was a wonderful experience in this hotel in terms of hospitality, and I advise everyone to book with them.
