First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect. Yam is in the heart of the city. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and all the facilities are provided. I really liked that the coffee and tea in the hotel are unlimited and free. I definitely recommend it to those who will come.

Easy and quick check-in. Staff was on property to assist with anything. Room was spacious. The heating didn't work and the Wi-Fi signal in my room (first floor) was too weak, there was hardly any connectivity.
