The location of the hotel was absolutely great and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The room itself was simple and on the smaller side, but it was perfectly fine for our needs and comfortable enough for the stay. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and a hidden charge policy. We specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included, as having a morning coffee is very important to us. On our first day, we ordered coffee at breakfast and nothing was said. On the second day, after we ordered again, we were told coffee was not included in the "included breakfast" and were hit with a $30 bill for both days. It didn't state anywhere that coffee was extra, and paying a small fortune a cup for very poor quality coffee felt like a trick. We ended up skipping coffee there for the rest of our stay and went to local cafes instead. Additionally, the room only had one pillow per person, which made reading in bed quite uncomfortable; having two pillows each would have been much better.

Madame Roza felt like home from the moment we arrived. For the price, it’s an incredible value, but what truly made it special was the warmth of this family-run place. My husband and I loved every moment here, it genuinely felt like staying with family. All the food was amazing, especially the homemade breakfasts, made with so much care and love. Leaving was honestly heartbreaking, like saying goodbye to family. We can’t wait to return ? Nothing at all. We loved our stay and were honestly sad to leave.

Excellent location with very helpful stuff No thing

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The entire team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to mention Batuhan, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Thanks to the wonderful team, my stay in Istanbul was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and I would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

I love everything about my stay there, the stuff the location the food that the downstairs café serves, everything was lovely, and especially the stuff there, they were very welcoming, joyful, and VERY helpful with everything, I really recommend it and I will definitely stay there for my next trip to Istanbul

Everything, the staff is welcoming, smiling and always ready to help. The place is strategically near to everything. The facility is always clean and has a great internet connection. The bed is small and the wood border is not that comfortable.

What I really liked was the location, you're literally in the middle of Taksim. Purely based on location, this is a great place to stay. I also really liked the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and if I needed anything I could just ask them and it would be done. For example I asked for an extra blanket, and I got it without any hassle. Moreover, on my last day my flight was canceled and I was kind of stressing about what to do. They comforted me and told me to go to the airport and it would all be handled from there. After a few days they even messaged me to ask if I got home safe. The people that work here are just really nice. Not less important: the rooms are clean and everything is in working order. You can hear people when they are out in the hall. Not a lot of people were staying on my floor so for me it was not a big issue. Also, just personally: the bed frame is the same height as the mattress, so every time I got out of bed the bed frame would hurt the back of my leg. Really a non issue, bit still a bit annoying.

They are really kind and welcoming. They are really helpful in difficult situations. It was really the best experience of my first stay in Türkiye. Actually there is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel and the stuff.

I really loved the place! It is located on Taksim Street, and the staff are wonderful, especially Mr. Imran. The breakfast and hospitality were more than amazing. I highly recommend everyone to try the food at the café below the hotel. My family and I had a great time! nothing
