I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is very spacious and the room cleanliness is excellent. Everything needed is present in the room: plenty of storage space, a very large bathtub and a very large (rain) shower, a smart TV, a handy Bluetooth speaker, an electric sunscreen and electric curtains, a small fridge (which also serves as a minibar), coffee and tea supplies and daily replenishment, as well as the replenishment of two bottles of water. The staff is particularly friendly and present in large numbers at the excellent breakfast buffet. The breakfast offers more than enough choice: rolls, many different types of cheese, a salad bar, hot dishes, cold dishes and desserts, fresh fruit, cereals, several juices, and a number of different types of coffee, such as cappuccino, espresso, and lungo. In short: a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Excellent location, very close to the subway station besides, Kanyon and Ozdilek Shopping Centers are just 5 minute walking distance. It is very close to the Levent Pazar where you could find many restaurants, supermarkets, liquor stores, pharmacy etc. Breakfast was delicious. They have an open bar plus you can order free extra dishes like Turkish menemen, eggs benedict or omlete. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom and a great view.

The staff were friendly and attentive. No ramp at entrance, so we had to ask for assistance to staff every time we came in or wanted to go out, since we had stroller. Although having said this, the staff were very attentive to this matter and they would immediately assist upon seeing our arrival. The breakfast was not bad, nothing extravagant or fancy but decent and fresh. The room we booked was supposed to be a King suite but it was really good sized room and the bed wasn’t a king.

Toilet didn’t have WC washing facilities like all the other hotels in turkey.. a bit far from major attractions in Istanbul

It’s a truly beautiful hotel in a Hyatt style, bit I’d say with a Turkish flare and standards. Huge room, nice and clean, modern facilities. It’s difficult to say what I did NOT like about this hotel. There was a bit of confusion about cleaning. They kept knocking on our door at random times and it was all a bit too much, especially during the New Year’s eve and day… but it was still a very minor issue really

Noting is good except the location The staf was so bad not helpful at all They need ages to learn how to run the business

Fabulous place, clean, great location, friendly staff The noise of the basement night club was insane as we stayed at the first floor, the room was shaking and sound too much loud we couldn’t sleep and my son (5 years old) was very scared

At 3am There was this loud banging noise from some pipe or equipment that would occur every 5 min the front desk wouldnt believe us so they sent maintenance and at 3am stood in the room for 10 min trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. they finally moved us to a different room. 2nd room still had the same noise so we moved again. 3rd room smelled like cigarettes so we moved again and 4th room was finally good. I was disappointed with the lack of customer support even though we had to move to 4 different room at 3am there wasn’t a apology, upgrade nothing. Instead they called us in the morning asking us to move our bags from the first room. Disappointed will not be returning

Room size

Everything. The location was excellent! Right next to the metro station and very close to several shopping malls. You can also find everything you need close to the hotel like pharmacies, cafés, food etc. I also want to thank the staff who cleaned our room everyday. They really did an amazing job and even organized all of our things everyday so that it was always tidy and clean. Really appreciate it. I needed a last minute appointment at a hair dresser and got help from the receptionist to find one right away. They referred me to the most amazing hair dresser I’ve been to. The staff was overall very helpful. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.
