Very very nice Nothing

Wish the breakfast was until 11 o’clock.

It was new, clean and spacious

And the rooms very clean The breakfast is delicious and home made taste The area is quite U can walk 1 mint and find taxi easily It’s far from central like 30 mints but i like the hotel and sure I’ll come back

Staff, location, facilities. The breakfast is good but if you are staying for more than a couple of days there aren’t many options to choose from. Also in the the superior suite there is a small kitchen, however the placing of the fire alarm is right on top of the cooking area that one night it was triggered from boiling pasta. This could have been thought better.

We stayed there for a week with a family (4 people) It was an amazing experience The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Ilhan and Tarkan) Delicious breakfast, you can also order the food from the nearby restaurant through reception and they will bring it to the door The location is perfect and even in the peak hour you can take taxi and it will not take long time to wait They clean the room every day which is very good The only thing I would wish is the free watching machine in the room directly, rather than having shared washing machine in the -1 floor. But all in all it is not a big issue Also it would have been better to have dishwasher tablets provided by the hotel for each day of the staying or at least ability to buy several tablets, instead of buying them in the local store.

A nice clean hotel, well located for a business visit. A pair of golden earrings I took off for just one day disappeared from the table in my room. Management told me they trust their staff, that I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, and that no one entered my room — and that I should’ve used the safe. That’s true, but honestly, I’ve stayed in all kinds of places, even really cheap hostels, and never had anything go missing. It just didn’t occur to me that in a four-star hotel while using the “DND” sign I’d need to lock my jewelry away. I’ll definitely learn from this, but I find the disappearance itself — and management’s reluctance to look into it — completely unacceptable.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was quiet in the evenings. The location, just a 10-minute walk from the Gayrettepe metro, metrobus, and buses, was fantastic. And the breakfast... So many delicious options made for a great start to the day.

Lovely room. Modern clean and well equipped. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Location was perfect The room didn’t have enough light and was very dark even in morning. There wasn’t any mirror in room,just a small one in bathroom. They didn’t charge tissues There was some stairs in entrance of the hotel and it was difficult to move heavy baggages and no one was there to help. Breakfast was good but not perfect.

Tranquil hotel in a tranquil street, yet very close to business area. Helpful and friendly staff. With a gym room, it would be perfect.

The personal was great and very polite. Location is very good 5 min to metro or bus. Breakfast really nice and fresh. Rooms clean and comfortable. I will stay again next time I visit Istanbul.
