The staff on the date of my stay was very helpful, they upgraded our room free if charge to suite and provided free breakfast.

The hotel is located beside a highway, and my room directly faced the road. There was constant noise throughout the day and even late at night.

The room was big and comfortable, the shower worked well, and the location was good. The staff were very helpful too. The blinds kept the light out and there was no noise from the people in adjacent rooms. The free wifi did not work. A staff member helped me by letting me use the staff wifi, but this was not an ideal solution. I like to have a fridge in the room, and there was one, but it was not very cool. There was quite a bit of street noise.

An iron would be useful for someone traveling for work, so it would be nice to add an iron to the room's extra amenities.

Location was perfect as we were in the area for a concert in Zorlu PSM. Staff were professional and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent and the hotel is good value for money. The bathroom/shower had some wear and tear, I was surprised that the TV wasn't a smart one as the hotel appears new. The room wasn't very well lit and didn't get much sunlight.

This was our 5th stay here. We keep coming here, because the location is great, close to big malls and metro/metrobus/bus stations. The room is clean, comfortable and has all amenities you may need. WiFi is fast and stable. All staff is very friendly and helpful. They solve everything quickly. Special thanks to Ismail, Burhan and Umut for their hospitality and kindness. There is NOTHING that I did not like. As an improvement area: The room and bathroom has a dim lighting, which i have observed also in my previous stays. It would be better if the illumination would be brighter.

Special thanks to the staff members Baran, Umut, and Zeynep for their excellent service and kindness. They made our stay much more enjoyable. The only issue was that our room was facing the highway, and the traffic noise was disturbing at night. Overall, our stay was very good. Very helpful, friendly and kind staff, did not charge roomservice for the tea we ordered at night; it was complimentary. Very tasty breakfast. Good and timely service. Comfortable room and equipped with all amenities. Low ceilings, loud traffic noise when windows are open.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to metro, Zorlu centre ( just 5min walking),close park, amazing breakfast, fresh and delicious, very kind and always smiling staff, big swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath, gym. I would like to say thank you to everyone in the hotel for their hospitality and support, specially to Mr. Baran from the front desk, he has let me checked in early it was very kind of him. During my stay he is always assisting me. Thank you for a great stay. The room is quiet old and requires renovation ( special shower room), in the gym equipments are also quiet worn and broken. I would advise to replace some of these

Very nice modern facilities, kind staff, gym quite large for a hotel with good equipment. Room service was fast and pretty tasty (from their restaurant). They offered to arrange shuttle service, but it turned out to be more inconvenient and more expensive than uber. Their costs are about 3x a similar vehicle with uber. Upon our arrival at the airport, their shuttle was slow to arrive (even though we landed late) and we left in a taxi after waiting for the scheduled shuttle for 20 minutes. Booking.com indicated room would have 1 queen and 2 twins, but the actual room (which I realize later was consistent with the photos but not the written description) had 2 twins pushed together and staff made up a bed on the couch.
