Location is perfect Affordable The facility cleaniless level was quite poor. No daily room service. I advise to use your own bed sheets and towels if you are planning to stay there.

The service is so bad, and they moved us to another hotel cause there were no available rooms although we booked prior online and payed

Price and Location Bed is old, the elevator didnt work for 6 days we stayed, 3rd floor 302 has no view, beds are old and uncomfortable, floor beds are not cleaned. The walls are thin and can hear people walking on stairs and above tenants noise.

The room I booked and payed in advance wasn't available because of a problem (they didn't tell me what was the problem, even when I ask). They sent me to another room in another hotel ( cheaper and less rated than this one). No explanation, No compensation.

Really a nice place to stay in Istanbul during your trip first of all i want to thanks DENIZ the receptionist there he was very friendly and helpful the hotel was so clean and calm everything is in good condition also it’s near to taksim square in which you can easil access to everything

Nice property close to Taksim, the room is large and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Dennis who was always there when i needed something and always helpful. The room need some renovation, water leak in the shower and the toilet, and the Ac is very loud

Everything was perfect! The staff is the best as always! Friendly and always ready to help! The room is clean and cozy! The location is very good, quiet! Near the main street of Istiklal, metro and bus stop to the airport! Highly recommended!

Last minute changes in our room ,attempts to move us to low cost rooms -solutions.We ask for cancelation without acceptance.They told us that our reservation is not valid because of no in time check in, despite the fact that we were in accommodation area until 3 a.m while searching a solution.We booked a triple room and paid for it too.We managed to stay in a double one without any refound .

The location was good, but the windows didn’t block any noise from the street, making it impossible to sleep at night. The room was filthy and reeked of cigarettes. It was freezing inside, but the air conditioning didn’t work. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and even the towels were worn out and full of holes.
