Nice hotel on a very good location, close to Taxim and Galata, close to many bars and cafes, as well as shopping streets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money!

The rooms were really clean and reception and staff were rlly nice. It had a few of those franchise affordable supermarkets 2mins by walk of it.

Honestly, I don’t think this hotel is really a four-star hotel. Breakfast was delivered to the room at 10 a.m., which is very late, and the price did not match the quality. On the first day, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the sheets weren’t changed, and the shower drain was blocked.

The most disgusting room I have ever been in. It was covered in dirt. There was coffee and cola spilled on the nightstand. The dust had never been wiped off. There were cobwebs on the walls. And the bathroom had never been cleaned since it was built. There was black mold on the tile joints. We were disgusted to go in to take a shower and use the bathroom. My wife cried when she saw the room, but there was nowhere else to go because all the hotels were booked at that time. She couldn't sleep in that room and said she would rather sleep in the car. I would never go back to that place even for free. I don't recommend anyone ever go there. I'm not even sure if there are no bedbugs there.

The location was excellent—very close to Taksim Square and easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The room was clean and cozy, and I appreciated the air conditioning during the hot days. The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the Wi-Fi connection could be improved for better stability.

Fiddan residence is one of the best in the area. Walking distance to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Spacious rooms, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, and cleanliness were maintained thoroughly. Don't forget to eat at Halil Usta near the hotel. Love from Pakistan!
