The location The staff is super unfriendly and didnt help at all. The rooms havent been cleaned. In our 7nights stay they have been cleaned twice and only after i asked for it for 10 times. The receptionist was very unfriendly and very rude to us. Not even the bed was made after I literally asked every day for the rooms to be cleaned. In the description they say it will be cleaned every day and this was important for us but they never cleaned the rooms even after repeated asking.

The hotel takes place in a typical Turkish street and if you are a fan of any Turkish series you would appreciate it :) The room was big with a high ceiling and a large bed. It wasn’t clean around the toilet - there was a stain :( but that was our only complaint

The hotel is wonderful! It is found in the heart of the city, in the most famous areas in Istanbul - Taksim. The personal is friendly and healpful. Тhey provided us all we needed. The there isn't parking, but there many payd parkings nere to the hotel. Was amayzing expiriense the our stay in Istanbul!

We spent 1 night, then went to another place for another night. Our luggages were kept safely at the hotel since we didn't want to bring everything with us.

I really been disappointed. Never in my life see this type of hotel. It wasn't clean , the staffs didn't respect to the customers at all . I hardly don't recommend it . The max price worth for this hotel is €5 per night , not any more
