We recently stayed at the Movenpick Istanbul Bosphorus for the first time. Everything exceeded my expectations. - We were upgraded to a suite (instead of our booked twin room) due to availability, which came with complimentary breakfast—a generous gesture that we deeply appreciated. - The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the Bosphorus - The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Without hesitation, I would return to this hotel in the future—it’s an outstanding choice for travelers seeking luxury and comfort in Istanbul

Spacious room. Friendly and very kind staff. The design in the room is really good because it is minimalistic. Having a balcony is a plus. No-carpet floor is quite a plus. There was so much outside noise coming into the room - the window insulation is not good for that matter. The elevators shake like a cradle. There was hair in one of the towels, which was "unused" in our room. The wifi was not working. They tried to fix it but the timing wasn't good so we let it go.

Clean The hotel cooling air-condition is turned off during the month of may i asked the hotel to turn it on as in the booking website it mentioned that the room included with AC and they mentioned no air conditioning is allowed during this period This is misleading and unacceptable, especially given the warmer/hot temperatures in the room. This policy feels unnecessarily restrictive for guests specifically in a 5 stars hotel.

It was amazing. Everyone was so helpful friendly and great!!! Would definitely repeat my stay there! Thanks for the great staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. I would especially like to mention Mehmet at the reception, who was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The view from the hotel was an added bonus — overlooking the Bosphorus, it made the experience even more memorable. A very thoughtful highlight was the birthday surprise: the hotel kindly arranged a cake waiting for me in the room, which we truly appreciated. We also loved the rooftop bar, Da Vittorio Ristorante. The atmosphere was fantastic, and Ms. Hacer gave us a warm and excellent welcome, making the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Bosphorus in Istanbul (Feb 15 – Feb 17). The hotel is beautiful, calm, and very relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was truly outstanding. A special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again.

Not good location

From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, the politeness and friendliness of the entire staff make you feel safe and truly at home. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant—the food is delicious, and the attentive service makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that make for a perfect start to the day.
