Our room was located right next to the restaurant and the staff was way too loud, slamming doors from 6 o'clock in the morning

Everything was very amazing

Clean hotel with the perfect location right in the middle of Taksim — shops, cafes, and restaurants are all downstairs. The interior design was beautiful and one of our favorite things about the hotel. Special thanks to Benaymin and the staff for being helpful and cooperative. Benaymin helped us with our luggage all the way to the taxi and made sure everything was okay until the end. The only small downside was the room lighting, it was a bit dim. Other than that, everything was great.

Very nice staff that is happy to assist with questions and organisation. The room was spacious enough and clean, as was the bathroom area. The window facing into a side street meant it was pleasant and quiet with light coming in. The location is amazing for exploring Istiklal street, Taksim square, Galata area (all with many restaurants, cafés, shops, ...) and beyond, short walks to tram stations to quickly get to the old city. We did not have the breakfast booked as there are many options around in the neighbourhood so one can explore freely, but we tried the hotel's breakfast twice for convenience and enjoyed it as well. Would recommend to stay here again! For awareness (but not deal breakers for us): the bathroom did not have a door and was only visually separated by walking around a wall. Additionally, while there was no noise coming in from the street, it was possible to hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway, which can be annoying if your neighbours come in late at night.

The staff welcomed very well, the day we came Mohammed,Bunyamin, Muhammed they helped to find the best room that fits our wishes. The room was good, silent and comfortable The silent rooms with the back view to city didnt have good view, but still ok

Clean, great location, very decorative

We had a wonderful stay at Mr Cas Hotel. The location is perfect and located on Istiklal street, surrounded by shops on both sides , perfect for shopping. The metro station is a 10 min walk from Hotel. Must visits like Blue Mosque, Aaya Sophia and Baslica cistern are only 4 stops away from the metro station. We stayed at the. Junior suite for a week. Mr Mohammed Yosin was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the lounge upstairs was also perfect for morning coffee looking over the Galatassaray stadium .

Cleanliness , staff, value for money

The staff spoke very good English and were easy to understand. Everyone was polite and helpful, and whenever we needed something in the room, they assisted us right away. The breakfast was great with a good variety. We initially booked a city view room, but it was very loud. After we mentioned this, they kindly moved us to a garden view room, which was much quieter, and they also offered us complimentary breakfast. Overall, the staff handled the situation professionally and made our stay more comfortable. -inside the hotel lobby and room was too dark - city view rooms are loud as there is a club right across the street
