Good location

Room space is very small Bed is not comfortable

The entire staff is very friendly and polite. The young gentleman Doğan has helped me to switch to a room which was much quieter after I suffered with the noise after the first two nights. The breakfast is awesome. There are so many selections including the daily specials. The noise from the street. The hotel located right next to the major shopping pedestrian street. If your room is single windowed, you can hear the noise all night long (Yes all night long?） . However there are rooms with two windows which largely reduce the noise level at night.

Excellent location in Taksim. Meters from Istikal street. Th e room and the hotel installations are great. Modern style on an ancient building. All the staff is very kind. Nothing bad.

Amazing location. Only used public transport like 2 times during my whole stay. Room and hotel facilities are great. Staff is friendly and kind. I feel like value for money paid is unmatched. Our room didn’t have natural light, it didn’t bother me much but would be nice to note. The fridge inside our room didn’t work, and despite reporting it on the first night it only got fixed towards the end of my stay. Breakfast could be more varied, it was the same everyday. Nothing major really, just these small details, but considering the grat price you pay, can’t complain much. Overall an amazing stay.

Simply amazing. Staff - wonderful and friendly. Super clean. Breakfast - to die for. Amazing location. Clean and newly renovated rooms. Comfortable, convenient, easy and accommodating. Special thanks to housekeeping and Irina for making our stay lovely and clean! Nothing. I enjoyed the property. If I were to throw and ick it would be for the fat that maybe the elevator kinda takes forever to arrive but this is being extra nitpicky haha

I honestly loved everything about this hotel. The entire staff members were extremely professional, kind and caring. Vtku at the reception desk made me feel so welcomed the minute I arrived to the hotel and provided me with an excellent customer service during my stay. The breakfast was great and the staff working in the restaurant were super friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and has an amazing central location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Nothing.

The staff was amazing Mostly Yusuf, Veysi and Dagon = 3 young men always helpful Some parts of our room mostly the shower and toilet are a bit old The water sink … is not fast, TV = no English or foreign language

Great location, super ambience of lobby, very good deign of rooms with comfortable beds Open glass doors for washroom was very awkward and uncomfortable since I was travelling with family

The staff were incredible and the best as they were very helpful kind trustworthy and supportive. Especially Vegsi, Doğan, Yosuf, Abdullah, Hale and Esma. The rooms are clean and breakfast is very good and diverse. The sound from the outside is not very loud if you shut the window as its double glazed. The crib for the baby is one of the best ones we’ve tried so far as it has a thick mattress vs other hotels were the baby can feel the base and not being very comfortable. Its in the right center of istiklal street so very good location Honestly nothing it was such a great stay
