The location was super comfortable. I like the sauna in the basement but the working hours did not let us enjoy it after 9 pm when we would come back after long walks in the city. The bed was joined and we would slide into the crease. The mattresses were too soft. The breakfast had powder instant coffee instead of beans. The choice of food was okay, not great.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The location was excellent, close to everything and very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sauna and small pool and gym where to relax after hard tourism day. Food was not the best. I would say sometimes even not delicious . Hotel guests mainly walking around breakfast buffed trying to understand what to eat. And 80% the same was presented in dinner. Nevertheless- if you don’t have continental breakfast preferences- something you will find.

Location only Very small rooms, our shower was leaking but when we asked to change the room, we got offered even smaller room. This hotel doesn’t deserve 4 starts or I don’t know how did they get there. 1 big and 1 small towel per person! Like come on!!! No sound isolation what so ever. You can hear cleaner from 8am aggressively hoovering or your neighbors going to the bathroom. And also hotel never informed us about some renovation happening, therefore we were walking up by drill noises everyday. Breakfast is very very poor. We came at 9am and there was barely anything left. For 4 stars hotel is a disgrace. Staff is very cheeky and forgets about the fact that they work in hotel.

our room was next to an elevator and our window looked to a building site, water temp in the the swimming pool was too cold, breakfast is not up to the standards

The hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Thank you Arzu. Don’t buy SIM card from the hotel. Beautiful hotel, but untrustworthy staff. We bought SIM cards from them twice, and both times the data disappeared suspiciously fast. Their explanation was unprofessional and even disrespectful. One of the staff members made a gesture implying that we ‘didn’t close our apps,’ as if we were unaware or inexperienced. We then bought another 25GB SIM card, and it also finished within three days. After arguing, they suddenly said there was a “network problem” and that we actually had 17GB remaining. How convenient. Overall, the hotel is nice, but the staff’s behavior and the way they handled the situation made it impossible to trust them. I hope management takes this seriously.
