I liked the fact it was cheap and gave off luxury vibes. My partner had a dentist visit so we wasn’t really fussed about the hotel as we wanted it closer to the clinic and it’s only somewhere you sleep. We barely spent anytime there but when we did it was nice. Our fridge wasn’t working so the staff had to replace as well as the toilet light but they ended up fixing both issues with no problem.

The hotel is ok, the staff are polite, kind and helpful and the coffee and water was always restocked. It was okay and a comfortable stay at Ferman Apart Hotel. The location is pretty far from Galata Tower and one night someone tried to steal our phone on our way out. Its a pretty quiet area and there arent any immediate restaurants on the road. The bedding also was not that clean.

Shut it down completely. I have never seen dirty, nasty place like this. Towels have blood stain , the room is dirty than 3 world countries prisons. Pay extra and stay away. Room, shower, location, beds are nasty, disgusting.

The only area i was comfortable with, staff were very helpful, smiling and professional. The room.was big spacious, with sofa inside. The management of this hotel was very understanding, they waived the government surcharge VAT value which came later, after i had already cleared my bill earlier. The hotel is near Istanbul Congress Centre, TAKSIM, Harbiye Centre. The room cleanliness was daily except Sundays. They deserve my.best recommendation.
