The location is great, very easy to get to and from the airport, i liked the layout of the room, very practical, the room was also big and with a very nice city/forest view. The staff was very attentive and i would like to say a special thanks to Mr Ali, he was my first and last contact with the hotel and he is a great addition to your team. The door was having a problem in the sense that if any other neigbouring room was opening or closing their door, it was making a noise like somebody is trying to open, they have locks and everything but the noise was startling every time. Also, while the massage was amazing, the interaction with the SPA reception was very weird but this i can send it as a feedback email, if the hotel is interested as it’s not important or relevant for a public review.

I loved the forest view and spa. All staff were super great and helpful also specially Azim and Ali.

The gym was excellent, with very good equipment for training. The swimming pool was stunning, especially the large mirror on the ceiling, which created a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The sauna, steam room, and spa facilities were all fantastic and added a lot to the overall experience. But the absolute highlight of the hotel was the breakfast it was simply amazing. The variety, quality, and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommended.

Nicely located hotel with beautiful view. Every detail was taken into consideration. All staff were helpful, however, Mr. Azim Rauf with his humble and smily character was very helpful at any time needed (special thanks to him). May Allah bless them all. No thing

The hotel’s location was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the windows didn’t close properly and kept banging loudly with the wind, which was very disturbing. The glass was also extremely dirty. Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable, making it hard to rest. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

There are truly no words that can describe how beautiful this hotel is. From the stunning design to the perfect atmosphere, everything is simply exceptional. The staff are beyond amazing — every single person in the hotel was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. This hotel honestly deserves to be awarded as one of the best hotels in Istanbul. Every detail, every service, and every moment here was just perfect. A very special thank you to Mr. Bugra for his outstanding service and kindness — he made our stay even more special. I will always come back without a second thought. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.
