The gym was excellent, with very good equipment for training. The swimming pool was stunning, especially the large mirror on the ceiling, which created a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The sauna, steam room, and spa facilities were all fantastic and added a lot to the overall experience. But the absolute highlight of the hotel was the breakfast it was simply amazing. The variety, quality, and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s location was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the windows didn’t close properly and kept banging loudly with the wind, which was very disturbing. The glass was also extremely dirty. Additionally, the pillows were very uncomfortable, making it hard to rest. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

There are truly no words that can describe how beautiful this hotel is. From the stunning design to the perfect atmosphere, everything is simply exceptional. The staff are beyond amazing — every single person in the hotel was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. This hotel honestly deserves to be awarded as one of the best hotels in Istanbul. Every detail, every service, and every moment here was just perfect. A very special thank you to Mr. Bugra for his outstanding service and kindness — he made our stay even more special. I will always come back without a second thought. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.

I always go to this hotel ,this time the thing that I did not like was service for both cleaning and room dining! I think it was because they had lack of staffing there was two weddings in a row and all staff was busy with that so they could not provide good service to the rooms unfortunetly !

My stay at the Radisson Hotel was truly a wonderful experience, from the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager and Mr. Azim, who made guests feel they had chosen the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, they fulfilled all requests quickly and efficiently, the suite was very clean and had everything a guest needed, thank you for your hospitality I highly recommend this unique experience…

Every thing was amazing as always from cleanliness to comfort and organization. What truly made the experience special was the professional service and the courteous staff. I would like to give special thanks to Azeem, who was extremely kind and helpful. He assisted us with a room upgrade with great care and attention. He also speaks Arabic, which makes things much easier for Arab guests. I burned my hand during my stay, and when I informed the reception, they were incredibly kind and went out to buy medicine for me. I truly appreciated their care and support. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s an experience worth repeating. Nothing

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, but it is the people who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable one.
