Very pleasant surprise! So many things in Istanbul are so bad. This hotel was clean, semi friendly, good location, breakfast included, and had some parking. Bathroom good size, bedroom good size, decent beds and linens. I only stayed 2 nights but I probably could have done 5-6 which is all the time you need in Istanbul. Breakfast included was truly a surprise and it was pretty good too! Close to filed and cafes, close to the B1 and ferry for transport. Pillows weren’t in great shape but didn’t mind bc everything else was fine.

Breakfast was very good. Internet was free and good. The room smelled like cigarettes. We told them and they didn't clean it until the next day. We paid extra for a bathtub but when we tried to use it it didn't work and poured filth into the tub.

Probably the location of the hotel is 10 minutes for a walk from the metro station and with luggage a bit inconvenient.

All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious and clean. And we haven't heard any noise during our stay, neither from the nearby streets nor the other rooms.

Needs some renovation, especially the bathroom, some things are falling apart. The breakfast was basic and the price is a little bit high compared with what you get. The staff was friendly.

The stuff are amazing! Helpful and cheerful. The room on the other hand was really comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was done to the point. the hotel is near all transport points and accessible. Breakfast was delicious and has variety. Surely recommended ??♀️✅

I ended up in a room that smelled like cigarettes - my only reason for not giving it a 10

Location is really suitable We got a smoker room, but we had booked a nonsmoker room. It worth mentioning that the hotel staff ensured that this issue was caused because they did not have a non-smoker room right now, but they promised that they will change the room on the next day. However we had just 1 night and did not check how they keep their word:)
