The room was very spacious and clean, good location and the staff did their best. They welcome complaints and respond. The breakfast area is basically the reception, which make it difficult to provide variety, good quality and controlling the reception entrance so the food gets dry cold and flies keep getting in and out.

Economy room : The A/C was not working properly. TV channels were not set up.

The hotel was near the location that we had to visit the next day and that’s the reason why chose this hotel. The only professional and nice receptionist was a young man that had just started. He was also the only one who spoke English and was very helpful. They are supposed to have a valet who parks your car, hence the reason why they take your car keys. However, he was away somewhere and the next morning when we had to leave, he was again nowhere to be seen and the gentlemen at the reception started arguing with each other and it came out that they didn’t have the car keys of the car that was parked 1 cm away from ours. Anyway, we managed to get our car out on our own but the older receptionist was seriously unprofessional, they just left, did not say goodbye or anything. The room smelled like an ashtray, there literally was an ashtray in the room so smoking is allowed hence the unpleasant smell everywhere. You can hear when someone whispers in the room next to you, keep that in mind in case you are a light sleeper. We won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel good for the price, but I have reservations about a few points that are not listed on booking - namely the spa area 30 minutes from the hotel, the breakfast room is also different. Coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast is additionally payable, only coffee from a sachet was free, which did not resemble coffee. The staff saved the stay, especially Hamza - the most helpful person I have ever met, he helped us many times, he deserves special praise ?

Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Hamza concerned our requirements very well. Everything was good but we couldn't book massage at reception because it is different company.

I have stayed for a week and was only happy with Hamza member of staff who is friendly and helpful. The hotel was really bad and loud. Hotel accepts prostitutes and it is not place family and friends can stay. Will not recommend due to bad management

Location Breakfast served downstairs which is very small area. Smell of cats are unavoidable when walking from reception to lifts. Friendly and very helpful staff.
