We were upgraded with a Suite room that has great sunset view. We had spacious room with huge comfortable bed and nicely decorated bathroom. We also enjoyed breakfasts on the top floor with city panoramic views. Staff is very welcoming and helping, - they helped us to get a table in one of the restraurants in the city. The hotel itself is very well located to the main streets (Istiklal, Galata tower, etc.), and it takes around 30-40 min to walk to the old part of the city. Room misses standalone mirror , bathroom light is a bit weak

The hotel itself including the staff was very good We had a situation with our car that made us give this negative feedback. We chose and option to valet our car, that cost it us 30 eur per day. When we checked out last day car was parked infront of the hotel. 3 min after we left we found out our tire is flat. We stopped and called the hotel to ask for help considering the car was in their hands until a few minutes ago. They said that they will not take responsibility and that the problem is ours. Promissed to call someone to come and fix it, but on our expence. Nobody called us for 2 hours and we finally found somebody else on our own. 250 euro and 5 hours later we were on our way. This is how fantastic vacation and a great expirience with this hotel was ruined for us. Very disappointed from the managment. We have been in many places aroumd the world and this would be handled a different way. Just because of this we will never return to this hotel.

I truly had a wonderful experience at Rixos Pera Istanbul. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and attentive service to the comfort of the room. I especially appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The spa facilities were exceptional and provided a perfect space to relax, and the food was absolutely delightful. Every detail made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The room size and comfort was appreciated. Had breakfast in the room which was delicious and pleasant! It was served within the time announced. I had personally called prior to arriving in the Country and requested a high floor Suite which was CONFIRMED by reservations over the phone! On arrival in middle of the night (for which I had paid for extra night) I was told there are no rooms available on high floors and after considerable discussion we were still not accommodated and allotted a second floor TRAFFIC NOISY suite! But to be fair, we were offered to switch the next morning if we wanted which we declined as it was too much hassle to pack/unpack! I was initially upset as this was our 4th or 5th trip to the hotel and we were hoping for a better treatment.

The location is perfect - close to all you need if you are tourist. The building is beautiful inside. The rooms are posh furnished. And there is a wonderful view of the Bosphorus from the rooftop restaurant that you can enjoy while eating your breakfast. No swimming pool. My bed was too short even for me. And I am a woman of medium height. The bed linen was excellent, though. Coffee capsules in the room were for an extra fee. I don't mind paying, but it is usually free in hotels of this level.

The location is perfect—central, vibrant, and ideal for exploring Istanbul. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the stay feel warm and effortless. Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a great variety. Overall, a refined, classy experience that exceeded expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend it. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

Location was good. Nice staff. Very very noisy from the street outside the window. You have to keep the window open because it was hot as the AC doesn’t go below a certain temp. Very outdated. It’s not dirty but very old that everything was overused that it feels very dirty. I wish I paid a bit more and got a better hotel.
