Our duplex room did not have an air conditioner. It became quite hot at night, especially on the upper level where the twin beds were located, even though it was winter. We had to keep the sliding door open to cool the room.

The staff was amazing, the location was great, it’s a few steps to the bus station, the support & the cooperation was great, mw & my husband would never booking in another hotel every time we visit istanbul ?? Nothing

Overall I would say this hotel is 8 out of 10. The rooms definitely need a small cosmetic repair, but this hotel definitely cost its price - I was staying in a standart room. The bed could be wider for sure.The breakfast was pretty simple - eggs, veggies, cheese etc., but it was enough for me. Staff was very kind and caring. They changed my room to another within minutes because I didn't like that it was in a slightly unkempt condition. But those who been to Istanbul before, know that all hotels are like this here. Location was 10/10, Istiklal street is in 1 min, Galataport 10 min walk. Easy car/taxi access. But what was most important for me, the room was actually clean. There are a lot of dirty hotels in Istanbul, every other one, even those that cost 600-800 EUR. This hotel was clean and it was enough for me. The bed could be a little bigger.

The staff was great Shower and AC didn’t work properly. Furniture and rooms are a bit old. Needs an upgrade.

The location and staff are perfect 3 min to Istiklal Street Hotel is cozy and the right for walking tours in istanbul

Location is perfect No facilities, loud voices coming from the rooftop party specifically at weekends, the staff manager was rood my mother left her key at the room although it was a triple room he gave us one keys when we asked for another one because she left it inside he insisted to charge us 150 lira till we find it and return it and took the money back . Other staff members were really nice specially the tall guy on the reception very polite and supportive

The location was great — very close to Taksim Square. It’s in a lively area with lots of tourists, which made it quite busy, but we didn’t mind that at all. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing and unsanitary. We found mold on the salami and showed it to the staff, even taking photos as proof. However, they denied it and didn’t offer an apology or take responsibility for the issue. If you care about your health and your family’s well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel or at least skipping the breakfast.

Taxi horn noise?since the location of hotel is next to the street where taxi drivers constantly press the horn, untill 03:00 am almost it is not possible to sleep ( but even with this noise, this hotel worths to select)

It’s located in a great part of the city. You can access to the substation or bus in less than 5 minutes
