I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, everything is close and easy to reach. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The place felt comfortable and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. /

I totally enjoyed my stay at Mukarnas Hotel and will certainly revisit. Everyone of the staff at the reception desk, breakfast area and cleaning was very polite, kind and helpful. The property is new, clean, well maintained, located in the very center of Beyoğlu-İstiklal Caddesi. Breakfast is very rich. There is nothing I did not like.

We enjoyed the Mukarnas pera hotel. The hotel is located in a very good location near Istikal street. staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and the breakfast is rich and varied. We would love to come back.

Very welcoming and helpful at reception, good location, lots of restaurants around, breakfast was ok, young lady at breakfast was very nice and polite Too soft mattress, the bed made noise when moving, at breakfast when the foods ended, took too long to refill, breakfast could improve,

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice quiet room and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was very large but items served were low quality. Additionally, the buffet was not properly maintained. For example, fried eggs were served in a chafing dish which was cold and most eggs stuck to the bottom. Over ripe fruit such as pineapple and bananas was also served. Less items but higher quality would have made our stay at this hotel perfect.
