The room on the first night was on first floor facing the building across the small street with a broken and dirty spiral stairs. The other two nights in a high floor room with bigger windows was acceptable. Both rooms need improvement in lighting. The rugs are worn-out. The breakfast room is on the ground floor, not in the roof-top Olive Restaurant which belongs to the sister hotel.

Everything! The royal suite was a bday gift from my husband. We were both in awe! This room had it all, and the wrap around terrace, just impeccable. Thank you for the yummy birthday cake surprise! Nothing at all. This property is 5 stars!

Breakfast is very good. It has all the things we need. We would also want to mention the excellent service of one of your staff, Furkan. He goes above and beyond to make our experience in Istanbul a wonderful memory.

The staff are so kind and welcoming. We arrived on a red eye nearly 6 hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. We couldn’t have been more thankful. The location is fabulous right by the T1 line and walking distance to all the historic sites and the Gulhane Bazaar (much more reasonable than Arasta, Grand or Spice Bazaar). The room and facilities were lovely. Breakfast was reasonable and varied. Staff also helped us get a transfer to the airport for a reasonable rate. Lastly, we appreciated that they were eco-friendly! We’d stay here again! Nothing

close to all attractions, restaurants, shopping. decor of room is very nice and happy that free coffee is provided in room. Bed was comfortable and temperature control can be adjusted by guest. everything was good. no complaints from my party . we had two rooms and are happy.

Great breakfast, very close to public transport (2 stops down to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque) and comfy bed. Staff super helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc. It is a longer ride to get across the river to other areas due to traffic, but true of any hotel in this area. The hotel restaurant is great as well.
