All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, great people! The breakfasts were really good as well, lots of choices. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had in Turkey. The room was a bit small but it was cozy and clean. The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting the attractions and it's also pretty close to the waterfront area with the ferries. The hotel is right on the streetcar track, which is convenient. But if you have a room facing the front of the hotel, it can be a bit loud.

Excellent location in the center of it all! The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices, from eggs to meats to traditional Turkish fare. Definitely the highlight of our stay. We had a family connecting room which was perfect for us, with parents and two teens. I recommend purchasing the airport transfer from the hotel. It was easy and a good deal! The rooms were small but we expected that. It would’ve been nice to have an outdoor area but not necessary.

The location is fantastic as are the staff. Everyone we spoke with at the hotel was professional, kind and helpful. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our trip to Istanbul memorable and beautiful. Thank you! It wasn't a bother to us as we are heavy sleepers, but the hotel is directly on a tram line (fantastic for transportation!!) but very noisy and could be a bother for light sleepers. Due to the tram line at the door to the hotel taxis and airport transfer vams have to stop a street over so consider that if you have a less mobile person in your party.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even provided souvenirs for guests. The location of the hotel is very near a tram stop, within walking distance of Haggia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Spice Market, and other sites in Sultanamhet. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The currency exchange shop attached to the hotel gives a very good exchange rate. There is an electric kettle, coffee service and bottled water provided in the room. The hotel also provides airport transfers at reasonable rates. Free breakfast was also provided. The room is quite small and cramped especially with our large luggages.

The staff members were so lovely and attentive! They organized airport transport for us both to and from the airport. Plus, our flight leaving Istanbul required an early pick-up, and the staff not only organized the pickup but also packed a little breakfast bag for us to take - such a lovely thoughtful detail that was a complete surprise. The hotel location is also outstanding -you are able to walk to so much! As a family of four, we also appreciated the family suite option that allows for two joined rooms and two bathrooms for a reasonable price. We hope to visit Istanbul again, and we will certainly book this hotel again.

This is second time we stay at the hotel, it has a perfect location walking distance to Sultanahmed plaza and many restaurants. Mr. Arslan and co- workers are super attentive and were very helpfull at all times, the room was clean and the breakfast has a variety of different options. I will stay here again. Thanks again for your hospitality.
