Location was exceptional. The family room we stayed in was quite spacious with a balcony. The toilet fittings especially the toilet seat were not up to the mark.

The location was perfect. Everything was a short walking distance. The guys working the front desk were very professional and very helpful. The room was spacious for all 4 of us. Overall a great place!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and walking distance to moste of the attractions. The tramway passing under the windows was very noisy.

The staffs are the best, they are very helpful and can help with many things Sometimes the double bed room just have 2 beds that are placed together. But the bed generally still very comfortable.

Location is perfect and the guys from the reception are very helpful about everything that we need for example we had a problem we transportation they helped us a lot we were looking for places to visit they helped us too. Thanks guys!

Super convenient location in a touristic yet strategic area, close to several gems and the pier for navigating the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus (all within walking distance). The supportive and attentive staff is especially important when traveling with kids. Rich and varied breakfast.

Staff, breakfast, room kept clean If you have a mobility issue it can be difficult going upstairs. Elevator starts at floor 1. So you have to walk up some steep stairs to get to it. I would recommend to install at least hand rail so it is easier for people with difficulty doing stairs. Otherwise it was a great hotel, great location, helpful staff and clean rooms.

We loved our stay at black pearl! It’s in a perfect location to explore Istanbul. This is our second time staying here and loved it both times. The staff are so lovely and accomodating. Breakfast great, beds comfortable, nothing to fault with the hotel! Highly recommend. The only negative was the shuttle service. My suggestion is to ask in advance for the shuttle driver not to drive too fast - it only happened once out of four times to the airport but it wasn’t nice so I recommend asking the hotel staff to advise the driver you are not in a rush to get to the airport so don’t need to drive at an excessive speed. We also had to wait 25 min for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. All in all a lovely stay!

Our stay at Hotel Black Pearl was absolutely wonderful! The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to the main attractions and everything we needed during our trip. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciate everything and would highly recommend Hotel Black Pearl to anyone looking for a great place to stay. An excellent choice if you want to be close to the most important tourist attractions. Our room was very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The tram stop is very close, and the noise didn’t bother us at all. We might have even liked it… since in our everyday lives, we are far from the urban environment. However, the greatest value of this hotel was its people. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Aslan and Harun for their kindness, friendliness, and excellent service. We also used the airport transfer service and were very satisfied.
