i did not like the room - first room they gave us was extremely uncomfortable - the bed was low - just on the floor, it was very uncomfortable - no space to sit. the bathroom had glass door which did not close properly - no noise isolation at all- basin was damaged and all water flushed on floor. the staff changed our room without hesitation, but anyway this hotel needs urgent renovation

South African living in Dubai. This was my third stay at Sanat Boutique Hotel and I always enjoy it. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and shops you need. It's an easy walk down to Old Town and all the sights. It's my go to Hotel when I am in Istanbul. I know what to expect and the staff are so friendly and helpful esp. Ali and crew. Will defiantly be back. Nothing

The hotel is located at the center of entertainment in Beyoglu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small and taking a shower causes a lake on the floor.

The breakfast could be more diverse. I like toast and the eggs sometimes weren't properly boiled.

The location was perfect. Receptionist Noorolhagh was a real Gentleman and very supportive. This place needs renovation. The cleaning service was unbelievably poor.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the place has a lot of character and the location is excellent. The rooms are a little bit dark, but other than that it is fine.

The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. A good range of choices. It runs for 3 hours to so whether we were up early or late it was available. A good selection of healthy turkish foods too. We definitely left the hotel ready for the day. The location is near a busy area but is just a little bit quieter. There is a supermarket nearby so we used the fridge a lot. It's near the metro station and the funicular which was fun to use at the end of the day. Saves walking up the hill. Getting to the airport was easy at the end of the trip. I've been to this hotel about 15 years ago and the breakfast and location made me book here again this time. The shower fixture and toilet seat were broken. The TV only had the Turkish channels.
