I loved the breakfast—it offers a wide variety of options. The room size was perfect, and everything was clean. I stayed on the 4th floor (room 4115), and there was some noise coming from the rooftop bar above.

The location was great , in a very classy neighborhood - the rooms were large and spacious , the breakfast buffet was generous , tasty and varied There is a lack of attention to details, for example we never had a tissue box in the room , the Tv is not a smart set , and does not offer any English channels

breakfast is not at the acceptable level for that kind of hotel; waiters in breakfast area are never kind, except one man that was smiling always, and food choice quite limited. Asking for extra to drink a very common cappuccino shall not be in option......

Hotel Suadiye is a preferred choice thanks to its unique location in Suadiye. As always, it was clean. Although the hotel is very established, it does not seem to invest in renovation. We have stayed here many times, mainly because of its location, but overall the property feels quite outdated. The staff are polite, but not particularly focused on building a connection with guests, they tend to just do their job and move on. The luggage assistance also felt a bit forced, as help was offered only after we had already carried most of our belongings ourselves. Overall, we are satisfied, but if there were alternative options in this location, we would definitely consider them.

The only thing I liked was the location Even though I had already paid via Booking, I was asked to pay again, so I had to wait while this was being checked. The room was located right next to the elevator, which meant I had to wake up early due to the noise. The shower head was also not working properly. Additionally, no one guided me to my room—I had to find it myself. I was told the staff were busy, which felt unusual.
