The Chinese and Arab guys because they were really friendly. The Turkish guys were unfruendly most of the time.

We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived, we faced a total disappointment. The room they tried to give us looked nothing like the pictures shown online. They directed us to an extremely small room. As an excuse, they told us that the room we actually booked was not empty and that someone else was staying in it.They gave the room we agreed to pay for to someone else and tried to make us suffer for it. Their customer service and understanding of guest satisfaction is non-existent. The rooms are completely different and of much lower quality than in the photos. Fortunately, we had not made any payment yet, so we refused to stay, immediately found another hotel, and left. This is a completely unreliable business, and I strictly do not recommend it to anyone.

I Didn't like the location, the old and sick people can't go up to the main street.,they need altime taxi.you should solve this problem, for example by renting a small bus to reach the main street up with 100 LT everything one or two ours for the klanten.

Nothing at all. They're just scammers. They are complete rip-offs. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked our stay, but when we arrived, the staff told us they had no room available for us. Shortly afterward, several other guests arrived and were immediately accommodated after agreeing to pay higher rates. The hotel offered no proper explanation or solution. Instead, they simply blamed Booking.com and took no responsibility for the situation. It was obvious that they were prioritizing guests who were willing to pay more, regardless of existing reservations. This was an extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. It seems their only concern is maximizing profit, even if it means ignoring confirmed bookings and leaving guests stranded.
