The location is perfect, rooms are very secure, and all necessary facilities worked perfectly; shower, toilet, etc. We booked the deluxe quadruple suite for a group of 5 travelling for the Champions League Final. Although the rooms are nothing extravagant, they have everything you need, comfy beds, and superb customer service who are always happy to help at any time of day or night. A very pleasant day during what was one of the greatest trips of our lives. Not so much “didn’t like” but just that the room is nothing extravagant, you get what you pay for; but that certainly isn’t a negative. Being in Istanbul, you’re hardly in the room anyway!

The staff was nice and responsive There was no cleaning service during my 4 days of stay and no replacing of towels or coffee cups

looks different in pictures not same in reality. don’t have important facilities as they mentioned no hot water available continuously. worst thing giving shower my son he’s only 3 and half years old not cleaned, hot water issue light issue in the night

The location was excellent, the staff was kind of okay, but the only issue with room was its was next to the mean road it’s was a bit noisy, they said it’s double glazing window but still you can hear some noise during the night. Rather then that everything was nice and we had an amazing time there. The noise of the mean road during the night. It meant to be double glazing window but you can still hear it at night

Room was just like pictures everything was clean . No disturbtion duringstay. The stuffs were nice. We added one day with no problem. For checking and checkout I needed just to call or text beforehand and they were there for me. Shower head was broken and unusable. The Shower didn't have a door so the water gets everywhere. No cleaning, no changing towels no changing bed sheets during your stay . The location given is just the reception but the apartments was a few meters away.

Location is very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Ave. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. No breakfast or gym or spa but I think that’s common around this area. Very good price. We got the room at 4th floor. There is no elevator but guys at front desk was very helpful with carrying luggage upon arrival and departure. Hotel building is old and room are ok. Shower door and room’s window was broken And it can be noisy as this city does not sleep. Didn’t have extra toilet paper and rooms don’t get cleaned until you check out. Again that could be normal around this area. Overall it was good for us as didn’t stay in room much.
