@ Top floor breakfast area there are 2 double table with a good view There were 3 beds 2 off bed was broken first night 4 of us slept at the same bed . Was very tired to ask to change them . Next day ask them to change , they change them with less broken ones. Kitchen bathroom no ventilation and dirty at the edges . Breakfast was awfull room service guy was life Frankestain no hi no bye etc .

Very good location, excellent staff, Burak in the reception was excellent in all his support. Sure will be back.

The staff and location.. quiet There was some dust which caused me some allergy .. I don’t know whether from blankets or dust to be honest but I have a sensitive skin and sometimes if dust or duvet covers are cleaned with certain detergent I got allergy

1. Welcoming reception staff at point of check in 2. Location x3 1. Catering staff during breakfast were not very helpful 2. Tobacco smell all over the room and bedding and when asked to change rooms, we were told all the rooms would have the same smell (non-smoking room) 3. The breakfast itself was not of great quality or quantity 4. Ended up with back pain from the not comfy mattress

The receptionists are amazing and helpful Burak And Omar we could say they are the best thing at the hotel Many stores and cafes were around I didn’t like the bed — it wasn’t comfortable at all. The breakfast was extremely poor with no variety whatsoever, it was exactly the same every single day to an exaggerated extent. We stayed for nine days, and it got so boring that we eventually stopped going to breakfast altogether. The cleaning was terrible. Housekeeping would only make the bed and tidy up a bit, but the bathroom often had footprints or shoe marks, which they didn’t even bother to clean. Location-wise, it was not really close to Taksim Square. It took us about 15–20 minutes on foot just to get to the beginning of Istiklal Street, so it definitely wasn’t the “close to Taksim” location we were expecting.

I liked the location very much it is close to a bus station and has a shopping area very close to it. I liked also that they give you a big bottle of water daily. The room is quite spacious but maybe because we are a group of 3 people. Breakfast is nice The view. The window also was stained by something from outside making it a little gross to look at. No strong sound insulation but you can sleep fairly comfortably. There was a smell coming from the bathtub but when we closed its opening on the floor it disappeared

the breakfast was very poor and the room service always forget the toilet roll paper and it takes a long time to have a hot water in the shower

nice location on the Isteqlal street, nice view from the 7th floor where I could see the sea..wide rooms.. almost all the staff are fine. the staff on the breakfast are very helpfull and friendly. the lady who cleaned our rooms was very nice. the man downstairs at the reception was very friendly. I have met 2 men on arrival with non professional attitude, they offer me a family connecting room at the ground floor which was very bad but I haven't seen them again during my stay. the AC only hot at that time and they explained to me that it's working cold on summer time although it was 22 c.. the WIFI is slow and interrupted.

The hotel was beautifully maintained and exceptionally well-located, with close proximity to Taksim, Nişantaşı, and the Cevahir Shopping Mall. The staff members—including those at the reception, in the dining area, the manager, and the owner—were all remarkably kind, professional, and attentive. Their hospitality significantly enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I would gladly recommend this accommodation to others.

Hotel was ok but when you put 4 stars hotel you expected something this hotel not 4 star if it was 3 stars that’s ok Not 4 star hotel

Redemption team was very helpful and very professional Rooms are too old, housekeeping team not provisional at all also sheets towels are too old and dirty even when they change with a clean ones

. No room service, basic facility like water is not provided on time. Guests has to wait for water and collect themselves from reception.
