Staff was very helpful for navigating the difficult parts about our trip. Batuhan and Mehmet in particular provided an excellent check-out service and helped us find a taxi to catch our shuttle to the airport. Thank you! Nothing we can think of.

Walking distance both to Sisli and Mecidiyekoy stations. Restaurants, Cafe and Carrefour are very close to the hotel. Very professional service. They accommodated our request for late check out. None.

This pretty hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood on a street filled with cafes and small stores. It is outside the noise of the touristic center but an easy walk to a fast, frequent metro which takes you there. I went twice and was relieved both days when I returned “home.” Just as important, the staff is kind, attentive and goes the extra mile. I felt like they truly cared about me, especially Lilas and Duran. Thank you guys!!! Nothing

Loved my stay at the Cettia! It’s a cozy, boutique style hotel, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the city view from our room was stunning. I’d definitely stay here again!

There was a customer smoking in the adjacent room although it was a non-smoking floor, reported that to the reception and they dealt with it.
