Good location, no comments on that. Breakfast was delicious, not much variety but cook did good with what he had and also was very friendly even when we came earlier for breakfast he didn’t mind. cafeteria cat is cute too. everyone was friendly and helpful overall very dirty… hotel is very old. we asked why wouldn’t they freshen up the place a little bit, at reception they replied since hotel is in historical place they need government’s approval. but you can at least change towels and bedsheets? towels were grey, bedsheets also looked used up. in the dining hall, a lot of flies were all over the food. i had what was covered and vegetables but cheese and bread were all covered in some insects

Near to main tourist destination and front of hotel have Tram station!! Need to add more items on breakfast!!

The bath room was ok, but not comfortable and looks a little old, that's the only thing we didn't like in our stay, otherwise all is good, for the price we have paid

The room was small and was not as bright as it looks in the photos. Beds need to be replaced. The hotel, in general, needs facility update and renovation.

Shower cabin should be separate from rest of the bathroom. Room can be a bit bigger or the bed a little smaller.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Nothing.

Breakfast included, close to the tourism attractions. Staff was really good and friendly! Rooms are really small, smaller than they look like in the pictures. Hotel is small, corridors are small too, lyft is small too.

The location is excellent, tram is just at the front of the hotel. The staff are also very friendly and helpful (i got issue with my airport transfer, he helped to communicate with the company and got it solved - really appreciate that) I booked the standard room which is quite small, but if you want more space and comfort you can book the deluxe room. I would also appreciate if there are more options for breakfast spread.

There were issues with the internet. On the day we checked out of the hotel, the Wi-Fi was down for more than 12 hours.

Very good location hagia Sofia/Blue mosque 10min walking distance and Egyptian bazaar, grand bazaar, Bosphorus river also within walking distance very good location for tourists and it's also great place to stay with family i stayed with my family with 3 kids very good WiFi connection. And all staff is great specially Tony and Yahya were very helpful good hospitality. The only one thing that is Television wasn't working.
