The Pera Hotel

The staff were very polite and helpful, that’s pretty much the only good thing about this place. The door handle to the room was broken, and the deadbolt was also not working, which didn’t give me a lot of confidence safety wise. The floor of the room seemed very dirty, I had to wipe down the remotes because they were very, very filthy as well. I booked an economy room, knowing it was gonna be cramped, but there was literally almost no room to do anything. The photos on this site do not properly show that. There were a few blood stains on the sheets of my bed, along with stains on the pillowcases as well. There was a coffee pot and cups in the room, but they were both very dusty, giving the implication that the room isn’t really deep cleaned that well. Summed up, the main issues I have were cleanliness and lack of general upkeep.

None Power outage on our last day since 6am. Staff did not inform us at all. We wait until 11am without power, water and information. Then we decide to pack and leave. Our room on 7th floor. Without any help from staff, we drag big two luggages to lobby via a dark stair. No emergency light at all floors. Not a word from staff at all on what happened nor apology.

My room a little was small

nothing, we just left the hotel and booked another hotel the rooms were very small and they couldn't provide a twin beds, and we left the hotel and we lost our reservation money

Super friendly staff, in particular Mr. Huseyin, who was very helpful with our early check-in. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I recommend this hotel for those who want a great location at an affordable price.

Im so picky with cleanliness and this hotel met my standards its super clean super close to the metro like 10 seconds walk pharmacy directly under it coffee shops bars not stick to it u dont hear bars music but also u can reach bars in 2-3 minutes walk the staff are super friendly toilets are new and clean its my 7th time at this hotel and its super nice and for all this in istanbul its super affordable

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be accommodating. Very clean and the amenities were very nice. They gave me a room on the last floor where the fire exit is, I had to take the elevator to the last floor then take the stairs to get to my room Plus my room itself had a the fire exit and there's a door leading to the back stairs kinda kept me up all night just paranoid

The hotel is well located. It's about a block from public transportation that opens up the city. The elevator was welcome. It worked quickly and efficiently. The staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The housekeeping was perfect. The bed linen was snow white, crisp and fresh. The towles were changed daily. The glass on the shower was spotless every day. They work hard to make it nice. The appearance of the door hardware looked odd. As though they modernized the hardware, but didn't blend the new hardware into the existing situation. That was purely cosmetic.

Near to the metro station. The room is small and the bathtub is outside the bath beside the bed. The bed is not comfortable at all. Wifi is too weak

Great location and excellent service! The hotel is close to everything shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience.
