Loved Collage Pera! Nice staff, incredible location, rooms are also great. Onder helped book transportation from airport to the hotel. Breakfast is also very good! I will book again if I come back go Istanbul. A tiny bit noisy at night on the weekends due to close proximity with nightlife.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, Ismayil and Onder were supportive as always. The hotel is a very good value for money, especially given the best location in the city. We have stayed here 7 or 8 times already, and will definitely return when we visit Istanbul next time.

The location is very conveniently near Shishane metro, the room had a very good space and shops, pharmacy, market very nearby The room cleaning must be better take care of. Bedsheet and towels when changed didn't still look fresh. Breakfast has quite a good choice but as for hot drinks it offers only Turkish coffee and Turkish tea, the possibility to have black coffee with milk I am sure will suit better non local tourists.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. Great location. It's a stones throw away from the popular Istklal street.Excellent hosts. Onder at the reception was very helpful and took care of everything for me including some cards, airport transfers and check in. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for anyone travelling to Istanbul

The main advantages of this hotel are its location (I got there on my own by metro) and the spacious room. I was also allowed to check in a bit earlier than the official time, which I really appreciated. There's an elevator, and upon check-out, a staff member kindly helped me carry my heavy suitcase to the main street — that was a nice touch. Now for the downsides — I had booked a room with a double bed and, as shown in the photos, with a window. Instead, I was given a very dark room with two single beds and basically no window. The manager showed me two other rooms, but they were also nothing like what I had booked. He just kept saying that no other rooms were available and that all of these rooms were considered the same category. He didn’t even offer to push the beds together or do anything to make the stay more comfortable — not even a simple gesture like offering a coffee to soften the situation. You clearly saw what the guest booked, and if that type of room is not available, it’s only fair to inform them in advance — not put them on the spot when they arrive. As many other reviews mention, breakfast is really poor. So I would recommend considering other hotels even closer to the metro — even if breakfast isn't included, you could easily enjoy a better one at a nearby café with the money you save.

The reception and assistance staff are very good, respectful, polite and courteous, but I would like to praise Mr. Ismail in particular. He is a humane, respectful and very helpful person. The thing that will not make me book in the hotel again is the cleanliness of the room, specifically the carpets in the room are not clean and it is not cleaned regularly and contains a lot of dust, and the heating in the room is not good but weak and the very small refrigerator does not cool at all, not even 5 percent, and when a person wants to take a shower, the water comes out of the corner to fill the entire bathroom, and when relieving himself in the toilet, it is not possible to clean with its water because it does not reach the body.

Collage Pera offers excellent value for money and is in an excellent location, close to the metro, funicular and tunnel. It is also close to Galata Tower, and the neighborhood offers many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is very good and the hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Collage Pera Hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was perfect—within walking distance of a major metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Onder, was exceptional. He communicated with me before and during my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful with transportation and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and outstanding service!
