Staff were amazing and gave good recommendations. Old and run down, some bed sheets are torn. If you open the window a little the room smells like kabab immediately. Pillows not comfortable. We asked for fresh towels because we had a kid but they were taken aback by the request. they didn’t deliver them till the day after and only after another reminder. It wasn’t a big request… Area probably good for locals. But everything was a long drive and the location of the hotel was on a steep hill to get to it not good for traveling parents with strollers Not the smoothest cab rides to and from the hotel.

Very noisy during the weekends and it’s impossible to sleep at night because of the live music underneath the hotel (starts from Thursday to Saturday)

Our stay at Adahan was absolutely wonderful. The service was exceptional throughout. Abdul Hameed, Samet, Emir and Ferzane, all were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. They made us feel at home and welcomed from the minute we arrived. Special thanks to all of them. The hotel itself was so beautiful and grand. The rooms were cozy, clean, aesthetically pleasing and smelled sooo good. The shower was amazing, the beds super comfy. It felt like coming back home after a long day and night out. The hotel is located in the most perfect place with restaurants, pubs, cafes, bars, and the Galata tower at walking distance. The hospitality stood out the most for us. Thanks to Adahan for ensuring our stay is smooth and comfortable. Can’t wait to be back here when I visit Istanbul again! They could work on their sound proofing a bit.

Staff was fantastic, especially Samet, but everyone from the restaurant and front desk were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Beatrice restaurant was a lovely on site bonus with great views, coffee and elaborate traditional breakfasts.

Bathroom has no hooks to hang anything. Locks to doors dont work great and get stuck.

Great location, nice old building and the rooftop restaurant is great on nice days Just minor things like we did not get toilet paper refill at cleaning and had to call. There was also some other stuff in our room that did not get cleaned/removed even though it clearly should have been.

Excellent staying ! Super friendly and helpful team! For all our requests and questions they always answered- yes, and did everything as soon as it possible. Rooms are very cosy , clean and comfortable. Breakfast with amazing view , tasty food, and menu which is much more comfortable than buffet. Nothing

Great location, comfortable unit, and very friendly staff. Special mention to AbdulHameed. He is an exceptional person, extremely supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. His positive attitude and genuine care made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We are truly thankful to him. Some noise at night during the weekend, but it was manageable.

The hotels position was 100% perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and went more than the extra mile. A very special mention must go to the front deck staff namely Emre, Somet and Avni you guys were AMAZING and made our stay feel like home. Your management should be proud that you are front and there for the guests. Keep it up we will be back soon. That we had to leave !!!

Perfect location, walking distance to multiple attractions. Just like many buildings in Istanbul Adahan decamondo Pera autograph collection is an aesthetic piece.

The hotel is located in the best part of the city - Galata/Pera - which is exactly why I initially chose it. The interior is very refined and thoughtfully designed, the location is excellent, and the room had all the necessary amenities. However, what deserves special mention is the level of service. The front desk team, especially Mr Samet and Mr Avni, were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. They kindly assisted me in changing my room to one with a better city view, and this experience alone completely changed my stay. It inspired me to extend my visit and stay for four additional nights instead of the single night originally planned - which I happily rebooked. This kind of attentive, thoughtful service makes a real difference and is exactly what turns a good hotel into a place you want to return to.
