The Queen Hotel

You could hear every sound of the room next to you. It was advertised on booking that it had sound isolation (it did not). And the room was so small that when you open up your suitcase you can’t move around anymore

Clean rooms, excellent location and kind staff!

Besides that the hotel by itself is very good. it’s very clean.

Profile fotos don’t correspond to the current condition of the hotel. Renovation needed. Cockroaches were spotted in the room.

The hotel did not meet expectations. The room was small, but at least it was warm. Breakfast was limited but acceptable. The biggest downside was the lack of proper room occupancy tracking - the cleaner entered the room without knocking while we were inside, even though the key was placed on the door. Additionally, there was no hot water for showering in the evening. The only positive aspect is the central location and the proximity to a metro station.

Spot is close to everything it's like in the middle The whole experience is disgusting and inappropriate, the power kept going off in the middle of the night for 3 days straight !!! which delayed my work and made regret my stay at this hotel, the water is the least they can offer at least 2 bottles a day, while they gave me 2 cups (30ml) they thought i was a bird i guess. Shower was also broken and rusty in some parts, wall as well cracked, some leds hanging from their places, the room next to me is like we are in the same spot i could hear snoring all night

The location is very good. Close to all main attractions. Everything else was average. It is fine for a short stay.

Only the TV's in all of Istanbul none of them are Smart Tv's and I've been to 3 hotels.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Room was a little not clean.

Location is good,good service and stuff All was good

The hotel wasn't that clean. The window in my room was broken and I can see the curtains move because of the blowing air. The shower wasn't that clean. The neighborhood was too noisy I barely managed to sleep at night

1- Location: Very close to Metro and Tram and good restaurants like Chief Emad, also very close to Grand Bazar and walking distance about 20-30mins from Aya Sofia 2- Price for value as it is a 3 starts hotel so price was very good 1- Same breakfast every day for 14 nights so we skipped some breakfasts to try options outside the hotel 2- Noticed in two mornings there was one fly on breakfast food so I believe they need to consider this issue. 3- Cooking smell at breakfast area which is under ground. I believe closing the restaurant access to breakfast area is required or to consider adding daily air perfumes. 4- They don’t clean the room after 3PM so you need to consider going out before this time. Even if you do so you need to inform reception to clean your room or you will find it as you left it. 5- Room size is decent but not easy to move inside the room when there is a queen bed and two twin beds. 6- Daily noise at morning due to store in next building. But it is at acceptable level as it doesn’t last longer than half hour.
