I have been there many times and as always all was magnificent , especially the staff, to mention the few Erkan,Mellisa and Omer were excellent.

Breakfast was nice although service was quit slow. Staff was more busy looking on their phones than paying attention to the guests. - The place is quit outdated and not maintained very well. The rooms and facilities are old and don't meet the 5* level at all. - Breakfast is nice but quit limited - The dishes are extremely overpriced. Almost €20 for a kids pasta meal.

The service was the best part of the stay, followed by the location and the breakfast. It's located between 2 parks and right in the middle of the best shopping area so it was perfect mix of nature and city! Breakfast was sooo good and fresh, drooling just thinking about it right now. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Istanbul! Service was so friendly and warm, made us feel at home right when we arrived, appreciated every single person we encountered. At the end of our stay they gave us this big glass evil eye decor piece which is now hanging above our front door. Lovely touch The lobby/facilities are probably not as grand as other St.Regis locations, but the location and everything else make up for it.

It wasn’t our first time. Of course hotel is fabulous regarding comfort. Nice room, nice restaurant and everything but the best part is working stuff. I have had medical problem during our stay and hotel staff was extremely helpful. They were very helpful toward my wife and son. Like family. Everyone. Reception desk, concierge, valet service. Thank you very very much. See you again… for sure. You are the best.
