all was just perfect staff was amazing location is perfect the only thing is that i didn't like the idea of al Lacerte for breakfast, i was expecting open buffet, also i just waiting for my booking invoices for both rooms 407 and 409 pls send the invoice to me

I didn't like the lobby because when you enter the hotel, you have to take the elevator to the first floor for reception. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet.

Everything, not my first time to stay here but this time it was exceptional. They upgraded two of our rooms. They helped every single time I asked for something. Room cleaners were superb As it’s on one of the busiest roads in nisantasi ( the reason I stayed in it ! ) it can get loud in the weekend

1. Two out of three of The window handles in my room were broken 2. You cannot change the temperature of the air conditioning in your room. You have to call the receptionist and they do it remotely for you. Something very strange!

Staff were polite. We get 2 eggs with the meal, plus sides that aren’t even fresh. And they charged me €10 per portion for just 2 extra eggs.

Loved the location spot on in Nisantasi everything is a short walk away. The staff were wonderful and helped a lot especially the lady when I first came in and unar when we left who helped us so so much The view from the window and that the ac control was not in the room so we were left with 18C at peak winter all day and night

The hotel needs renovation. It is run down in many areas. It also needs to be more interesting and well designed. For example there is this beautiful LED staircase yet the rest of the hotel is so banal and feels old. For the location it needs to be far more luxurious and contemporary.
