The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone—from the reception team and security to housekeeping, the breakfast staff, and the bell staff—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They spoke excellent English and assisted with everything from directions and transportation to ordering food and medications. The hotel was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the ventilation and air quality were excellent, and the location in the heart of Nişantaşı was perfect. While the prime location justifies part of the premium price, I felt the overall value for money could be improved. The room was a standard room with a completely blocked view of an old building, and the hotel does not offer facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, or gym that would normally be expected at this price point. In addition, the breakfast and the hotel’s restaurant were quite expensive, especially considering the many excellent cafés and restaurants within walking distance that offer much better value.

Location, staff, service Bed .. was too rigid .. uncomfortable to sleep

Location The water is dirty, and they told us the yellow water is due to maintenance. However, the issue was not resolved during our five-night stay. Additionally, there was no refund or compensation for not being able to shower.

The staff at The Stay Nişantaşı were truly wonderful—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They handled every request with warmth and made me feel very welcome. My only disappointment was the room itself. For a hotel positioned as more upscale, the Superior King room felt somewhat worn and lacked proper sound insulation. Noise carried so easily that I had to be moved after being woken up at 4 a.m. by guests talking in a nearby room. The second room I was given was smaller but in noticeably better condition.

I would rate this hotel 10/10. Staff are very kind and welcoming.

The staff was accommodating and helpful The property is presented as a five-star hotel, although its net worth is more than a three-star rating would suggest. The rooms and all the floors are outdated you could see tear here and there you could see places where patch of pains in the bathroom you could see old ceilings marbles were not polished and has some Yellow stain into it not due to Durt, but due to age and overuse! The bed mattress was quite normal was not comfortable at all cheap if I may say. We’ve paid the price of five stars, hotel and honestly it’s not more than three stars. I’d appreciate if they were to price it to that range and to present it in its actual rating stars. The location, on the other hand, is beautiful, set among very luxurious places or district. Maybe this is the main reason fhe hotel five-star rating! Don’t be scammed by the place pictures or reviews. Unless you have to make it there, I wouldn’t do it again

It was a clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly and competent staff. My request for a very early check-in was met and the staff gave good recommendations for things to do around the area. The bathroom wasn't great. A bit too small and cramped with very little counter space to put toiletries on and there was sometimes a weird smell coming out of the bathroom.
