The staff was accommodating and helpful The property is presented as a five-star hotel, although its net worth is more than a three-star rating would suggest. The rooms and all the floors are outdated you could see tear here and there you could see places where patch of pains in the bathroom you could see old ceilings marbles were not polished and has some Yellow stain into it not due to Durt, but due to age and overuse! The bed mattress was quite normal was not comfortable at all cheap if I may say. We’ve paid the price of five stars, hotel and honestly it’s not more than three stars. I’d appreciate if they were to price it to that range and to present it in its actual rating stars. The location, on the other hand, is beautiful, set among very luxurious places or district. Maybe this is the main reason fhe hotel five-star rating! Don’t be scammed by the place pictures or reviews. Unless you have to make it there, I wouldn’t do it again

It was a clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly and competent staff. My request for a very early check-in was met and the staff gave good recommendations for things to do around the area. The bathroom wasn't great. A bit too small and cramped with very little counter space to put toiletries on and there was sometimes a weird smell coming out of the bathroom.
