If we could give this hotel a score higher than 10, we absolutely would. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was simply outstanding. Although this is not a family-run hotel, that is exactly how it feels. Every single member of the team genuinely cared about making our stay special, and their kindness and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. We were celebrating Alejandro’s birthday, and the staff surprised him with a beautiful birthday cake and even upgraded our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made an already wonderful trip even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views, comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable location. Getting around Istanbul was incredibly easy thanks to the nearby public transportation, and the staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, many of which became highlights of our trip. What truly sets Story Pera apart is its people. Their hospitality is sincere, warm, and effortless, making you feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply accommodated. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return, and we wholeheartedly recommend Story Pera to anyone visiting Istanbul. To not be able to stay longer ?

Perfect location and a great balcony

The staff was really polite and helpful. Great location of the hotel, I had a room with a beautiful view on the Bosphorus, the room was clean.

Room size, location, staff Walls are very thin, we could hear people chatting and laughing in the middle of the night in neighborhood rooms.

The front desk staff were all great. Informative and friendly. When I had a bit of trouble reliably connecting my iPhone to their WiFi, the front desk staff were happy to work on it until it worked permanently.

Location, location, location. It was perfect. Well, the minibar was expensive. There was no breakfast.

Great location No breakfast but there are lots of choices nearby

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location couldn't be better, if you want to be in Beyoglu, which is an exciting part of Istanbul. Super value. Really nothing. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many within a block or two so it really doesn't matter.

I really liked the location. Next to the istiklal but not noisy. Unfortunately, the view from the window came out on another building, which also had an in-room lighting. It was a gloomy because the sunlight did not enter the room and in general the room on the 1st floor 105 was dark in terms of lighting. It's a pity there's no breakfast

The location was amazing, right in the heart of gelata. The staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had about the city. Price was good by Istanbul standards, especially considering the location. The TV didn’t work, and despite turning the AC on we found it very hot in the room (we are from Canada though and usually keep our rooms quite cold by international standards). We were there in early April too, so it was not very warm outside.

My favourite in Istanbul. I’m a repeat customer. Brilliant hotel.
