Very good hotel, well located, clean and suitable. All the people at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, particularly Fatih.

The front desk staff were all great. Informative and friendly. When I had a bit of trouble reliably connecting my iPhone to their WiFi, the front desk staff were happy to work on it until it worked permanently.

Location, location, location. It was perfect. Well, the minibar was expensive. There was no breakfast.

Very friendly staff, great location & comfy clean rooms. Close to Galata tower, Taksim & metro station. Nothing. All was great.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location couldn't be better, if you want to be in Beyoglu, which is an exciting part of Istanbul. Super value. Really nothing. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many within a block or two so it really doesn't matter.

I really liked the location. Next to the istiklal but not noisy. Unfortunately, the view from the window came out on another building, which also had an in-room lighting. It was a gloomy because the sunlight did not enter the room and in general the room on the 1st floor 105 was dark in terms of lighting. It's a pity there's no breakfast

The location was amazing, right in the heart of gelata. The staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had about the city. Price was good by Istanbul standards, especially considering the location. The TV didn’t work, and despite turning the AC on we found it very hot in the room (we are from Canada though and usually keep our rooms quite cold by international standards). We were there in early April too, so it was not very warm outside.

I was upgraded to a front facing room near the street which was noisy. The staff were VERY helpful and I got moved to a back, quieter room. They also helped me make a reservation for my return trip even though it was 1 day short of their minimum. Great hotel with fabulous staff Also room was very large and comfortable NA

I was excited to return to my favorite hotel when I saw they had availability. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff are always welcoming, professional, friendly and accommodating. They're the Best! The location of hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, cafes, historical sites and various modes of transportation. I leave Türkiye in a couple of days and I will miss all their smiley faces! Thank you kindly, Beautiful People for your wonderful hospitality!

My room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. They organized the dependable airport transfers with a reliable company. I will definitely stay again.

My Story Stay 2.0. I have now been here a total of 61 days. I enjoyed the wonderful staff who are professional, friendly and accommodating. Once again, I felt like I was a part of a family. I appreciate the great conversations and laughs. The hotel is beautiful and clean. My compliments to the entire housekeeping staff for doing such a wonderful job! I will miss you all. But I will be back when revisiting! Her şey için Teşekküler güzel insanler.
