The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to a tram station. The room was small but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is above a pub and close to many cafes-bars and it was very loud - with music and people talking - until very late. They need to do something about soundproofing the rooms otherwise it can be very frustrating and uncomfortable.

It is in a strategic place. From there you have everything close and what it's not close, you have the public transportation close to you. So about this I can only suggest you the place. Good price So, first of all, it was not really clean, like the pots on the blanket etc, but also a slipper used next to our bed. The blanket is for 1 person, not for two for sure and the worst... You can hear everything from the other rooms, even more, from the toilet you can even hear the breath from the other side. The price was good but still you can get another one close.

Mehmet was very nice and polite. The location is good The shower, shower doors, sink and window were broken. The heating was not working properly, the room was not clean. The floor and the bathroom were very dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and the blanket was for one person only on the double bed.

Location is really good. Breakfast also good and they are really kind. I was happy to stay in here and i will stay in here next week again before i come back.

Location is great, Very close to the ferry and public transportation ( 5-7min by walk). Reception staff are quite nice. It's an OK option for 2 days. Double bed is twin bed(you always feel this gap), no free welcome water, rooms are quite tired and falling apart. My room did not have a remote control for TV, I reported but nothing changed. Looks like floors never get washed.

Perfect location, incredible staff! Loyalty level - 100%. We've been here several times already and definitely will be back again. They cancelled serving breakfasts and it's a pity. Breakfasts here were really good.

Booked a 20m2 room - got a 12m2 room. Booked a double bed - got 2 attached beds + the blanket was a single bed blanket putted on the “double” bed. We paid for breakfast for 3 days - the first day morning they tell us that since Christmas they stopped doing breakfasts and that we should talk to booking because they’re not going to give us nor a refund neither food. The staff very rood and not trying to help. Terrible smoke smell coming from other rooms Mould in the shower The check out was at 12 and at 11.50 the lady was yelling and knocking for the check out. The staff was the worst staff I’ve ever encountered

Very nice place. Good choice for single and non-big family stay. Location has everething around: millions of caffes, tourist shops, transport connections, Galata. The good one is that the Irish bar is located in the same building. Taking this one time-to-time for two years. Always happy. Some facilities to be repeared - non a priorety ones, but like a toilet flash. Not everething is working always.

They stopped serving breakfast after a few days. Still awaiting for a refund of the cost of the breakfast I missed.
