A cozy gem in a historical building. It’s quiet, sophisticated, and simple but high quality. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is great! It would have been even better if they had true blackout curtains

Lovely building, wonderful breakfast, we really liked our stay. Bathroom was a little dark. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the view toward the Bosporus is rather oblique.

Central location but very quiet. Service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite with a whirlpool bathtub. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated the pillow menu. The Turkish breakfasts were delicious, freshly made and had lots of variety. Hotel could use a little more decor and color, such as more art on the walls.

Beautiful, historical hotel with equally beautiful and spacious rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathtub overlooking the Italian embassy was a super nice touch that really tied in the whole European theme of the hotel together. Superb location perfect for exploring Beyoglu and Cihangir. Lovely staff with a special shout-out to Ahmet for being a wonderful and friendly ambassador to the hotel and taking time to have a very lovely conversation. N/A- everything was wonderful

Lovely, charming hotel in central location with incredible breakfast with beautiful views of Istanbul. The staff is so helpful and kind. I loved staying here. I loved everything .

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There is a bit of a walk to the hotel because it is across the street from the Italian consulate but that makes it very quiet for being in the heart of a major city.

Tomtom Suites is a wonderful place place to stay in the New District in Istanbul. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, beautfiul, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was terrific! We loved the location -- very accessible to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

The breakfast, from the food up to the service. All 10 points. Congratullatios. Restaurante reception for dinner. We didn't know that the restaurante had dresing code. Nobody informed that. And the treatment hostess was like if she was a princess and we were the commoners. As a result we had all our meals in other place. It was a pitty.

I am retired and travel a lot. I hardly write reviews unless I am totally happy and satisfied with a business or an accommodation. I stayed at Tomtom Suites with my friend for over 2 weeks. Our room was beautiful and super clean with stunning views of the Bosphorus. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide us comfort, information and everything we asked for. Waking up in the morning to their delicious breakfasts on top floor with gorgeous views was a delight and we were always treated like queens. Location was perfect for us with a short walk to tram or ferry which we used almost every day and explored many different areas in Istanbul. Taksim, good restaurants and night life were a short 10- 12-minute walk. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip!

Probably the most helpful/friendly staff of any hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a problem with the zip on our suitcase & they went above & beyond to help. The breakfast staff were lovely, so welcoming & also super helpful. The room was huge & best of all, blissfully quiet at night - which was a major factor in us selecting this hotel as properties in Istanbul can be very noisy. Great neighborhood & only a short walk to the tram & ferries, or into the centre/Galata bridge. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Istanbul. The (award winning) restaurant is very expensive and doesn't have an a la carte option (other than room service), but there are plenty of cafes/restaurants a short walk away so it wasn't really a bother.

The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had ever, beating out top hotels in Asia. The service was amazing and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stay. Additionally, the rooms were large, sparkling clean and the bathroom was the highlight of the room for sure. It was great! Nothing was bad about the stay.

Because of the ongoing construction, the breakfast buffet was not available to guests. Instead, they provided a beautiful breakfast spread that they brought to our room. The staff is very attentive. They were responsive and thoughtful with our requests. There was rooftop construction while we were there. The onsite restaurant Nicole was not ready to open -- we were a little disappointed because we had a reservation there. It wasn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was small and intimate - only 18 rooms! The location of the property was fantastic! We were away from the bustle of the old town, but it was easily accessible by public transport. The Tom Tom neighborhood was very accessible to fantastic restaurants, shopping…

The hotel had an excellent location: 2-5 min walk from the best restaurants and touristy spots in Galata as well as to the tram that took us to Sultanahmet (in ~ 15 min). It was also very quiet at night because it was on the same street as the italian embassy and the street was blocked off to traffic. The room was very large and comfortable with great fluffy towels and robes. There was also a wonderful tub that was pure luxury after long walking days. The hotel also arranged for private guided tours and a yacht Bosphorus cruise for us, which were amazing! Highly recommended. The breakfast was served in the room because they were renovating the restaurant on the rooftop. While the breakfast was fantastic and we cannot complain about the room service, we were a bit sad that we missed the rooftop restaurant with the view that was so highly recommended everywhere. But this is only a small complaint and it was not the hotel's fault. Reason to go back.

Nothing negative.

Honestly one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had during our Turkey trip. The room is spacious, quiet, classy, clean and comfortable. Great hospitality from the staff. Great breakfast. Location is also convenient, close to most places. We were informed of the controlled traffic of the street where the hotel is located so it didn’t come as a surprise - it’s a slope, so be prepared to push your suitcases uphill or downhill in order to get to the main road where taxi can wait. Definitely not a long walk and not a steep slope. We will want to choose here if we visit Istanbul again! Highly recommend. -

Beautiful rooms and very helpful staffs. A little nitpick is that the hotel is located in a closed street with multiple foreign consulates. The taxis cannot reach it. So we had to walk a little bit to arrive at the hotel.
