Excellent location, wonderful staff Housekeeping is useless, reminded them on a daily basis to put towels, coffee, tissue box, clean the carpet etc. The noise was quit high as the window wasn’t closing properly.

The location is excellent, with the ferry terminal just a two minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Helpful and nice staff. The bathroom was large and well maintained, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The hairdryer was particularly impressive, being both powerful and high quality. I wish the hotel offered a more reasonably priced breakfast option for guests. There is no breakfast buffet available, only à la carte choices, which I found quite expensive.

Staff are not friendly and service is poor in the restaurant and front desk. There are quite limited choices for breakfast .

The location. No lobby no room service not very clean they did not clean the room even when we put sign on ! The bed not comfortable and the view is not like how is it showing here !

Great location, walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Hotel doesnt have a bar unfortunately but terrace restaurant has beautiful view. Staff are all very warm and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious. No lotion so brung your own. They can arrange fior regular taxi to drop off at airport and its same price - no upcharge or commission. No bar, no lotion.

The smell of sewages in the room They charged me for one night even though the smell in the room was horrible & they didnt have any clean room available!

the location of the hotel I booked two rooms on 27 October 2025, one month before my check-in, under a non-cancellable policy. After booking, I realized the reservation was made for two adults only, without including my children. As I was unable to cancel or modify the booking, I immediately contacted the hotel on the same day, clearly explaining that I was traveling with my family and children and requesting one room with a king bed, one room with twin beds, and that both rooms be close to each other. On 29 October 2025, the hotel confirmed in writing that my request would be fulfilled and that the rooms would be on the same floor and close to each other. However, upon arrival at 4:15 PM, I found that the rooms were on different floors, and only one room was ready. My children had to wait in the lobby until the second room was prepared, which showed that the booking was not handled as confirmed. Instead of apologizing for this inconvenience, the hotel manager contacted me to demand additional payment for my children. Although I did not object to paying extra, I explained that I had informed the hotel about my children one month earlier and that this information should have been addressed at that time. The manager dismissed my message as unimportant and focused only on collecting extra charges, which I found unprofessional. Eventually, I paid the additional amount. There were also issues with basic services. My request for extra blankets was refused by reception, yet a cleaner was able to provide them immediately. There was no luggage cart available on arrival, forcing me to carry heavy bags myself. Breakfast quality was poor and appeared to be prepared by reception staff, which led me to eat outside the hotel for the rest of my stay. While most staff members were polite, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of preparation, and unprofessional management. The hotel’s only real advantage is its seaside location.

The room was excellent, nicely decorated, clean and well maintained, the staff could not have been nicer or more friendly and helpful, and the rooftop breakfast was excellent and beautiful looking over the Bosphorus. We loved that breakfast was served until noon!

Location Even though he book a corner room with a view, at the time of arrival they told us we have an upgrade to a penthouse In the beginning we didnt want the penthouse because it didn’t have a full window view He heard the noise of the terrace chairs upstairs And the cleaning of the room it was superficial Dusty all over the place

The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to several forms of transportation (ferries, buses, tram, metro) and within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. Staff was particularly helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The location It was falsely advertised as a junior suite, it is actually a deluxe suite with a bath, charged at a ridiculously inflated price. Also there is NO alcohol allowed because it is next to a mosque. This is not advised on the website or on the booking.com ad. The breakfast was very limited and cold by the time it was cooked elsewhere and delivered.

The location was fantastic Breakfast was always cold given it was coked remotely, the room was advertised as a junior suite and it wasn't, it was the same as the deluxe, they just put jets in the bath and inflated the price. AND NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED as it is next to a mosque. This not highlighted anywhere on the website!
