Location - super!! Amazing staff !!! will re-book Color scheme in the room. I wish they change the gray.

The location was great, as well as the amenities & staff. The front office staff were super helpful with whatever question and concern we had, and ensured we were able to get around like locals. This was our first extended stay in Istanbul, so their assistance was crucial. The housekeeping staff also ensured we were right at home, big thanks to Leyla and Mihriban for their attention.

The property is good Near all area good to visit

The rooms are spacious which was great for us with a baby to crawl around. It’s location is great also The outdoors area was not perfect also the breakfast area could be cleaner

It’s a great place to stay, amazing location, close to sea port, close to the tramway and a wild selection of restaurants all around. The staff were great and very helpful.

The staff—including reception, concierge, and housekeeping—were incredibly welcoming and supportive whenever we needed help. The location was unexpectedly perfect and close to many IETT stations, which saved us a lot of time and effort for a short-term stay. We also received a complimentary breakfast through Booking.com, which came with a fascinating view of the Bosphorus. Considering the age of the building, it still looks nice and is well-maintained. Accessibility: You need to carry your luggage from the street to the hotel when you arrive (about a 2-minute walk), as cars cannot pull up directly in front of the hotel due to the narrow road. Room & Amenities: The toilet drain was clogged for a while. Also, as a local from Dubai, having a handheld bidet (toilet spray) is a necessity for me; adding one would definitely earn the hotel extra points. Additionally, our room didn't have a scenic view—the window was just used to let in sunshine. Noise: Although the rooms are advertised as soundproofed, we could still hear loud music from the street on one of the nights.

Nothing This was the first hotel we have ever decided to cancel and leave immediately after check-in. The room was extremely small, we could barely find space for our carry-on suitcases. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere, stains on the bedding, dirty floors, and marks on the walls. The bathroom was tiny and had visible mold. The window faced the stairwell, and the curtains did not close properly, leaving us with no privacy. We went to the reception right away and asked to be moved to another room, but we were told that they could not make that decision and would only be able to speak with the owner the next day. We decided not to stay, found another hotel, and moved out immediately. Unfortunately, they refused to refund our cancellations. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I highly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was provided daily. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. Everything was good!

only location expensive not clean at all stained surfeces and furniture i reserved another hotel as i couldnt waste my stay in istabul in this place

Rooms are looking into the courtyard, but there is passage on each flow just along the windows making it impossible to leave them open.

the breakfast location was excellent on the roof top. However, I wish they had an egg station, simit and sucuk in the breakfast buffet. The service staff was very attentive. the housekeeping staff left the windows open and when I came back to the room in the evening, there were a lot of bugs flying around. The very attentive and hospitable staff at the reception quickly got RAID spray which did the trick. Of the three bath towels in the bathroom, one was very good while the other two had lost the ability to dry and were made of a different material.

The location was good for easy access to the T1 tram line and the Galata bridge ( les than 5 minutes walking). Hotel was dreary. It looked much nicer on the website. The call to prayer blasted us awake every morning before 5 AM. One of the rooms (we booked 4 rooms) was so tight and awkwardly designed that it was difficult to get into and out of the bathroom. The included breakfast was mediocre but the breakfast room had a good view. The area around the hotel was full of electronic parts stores.
