Location After check-in, I found a used cotton pad placed back inside the box in my kids’ bathroom. I reported it to the reception . Proper hygiene and thorough room inspections between guest check-out and the next guest’s check-in are essential. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the cleanliness standards.

The location was the only positive aspect. However, it was not convenient for picking up a taxi, as guests have to drag their luggage uphill to reach the pickup point. The room was very small and the furniture was of poor quality. There was no room service, the refrigerator did not cool properly, and the TV had very limited channel options. The room’s view was of a wall/building, offering no meaningful view.

Nothing. It was a really bad experience. Will never recommend anyone i care for to stay here. Everything. Rooms were average. Location was pathetic. Dark quiet street. I dont care what the area was, the location of this particular hotel which is so expensive was bad. The hotel has no lobby, the smallest ever lobby that iv been too and that too quiet and empty at all times as the hotel and staff couldn’t bare even an ounce of noise by my small kids. Our 6 day stay here was full of misery and stress. It should be rated as the quietest hotel and should definitely be ADULTS ONLY because they clearly didnt know how it should be for families. We dreaded coming back to the hotel for even a nights sleep. It was that bad. Major internet issues in room but the staff never accepted it. The coffee machine gave horrible coffees absolutely tasteless. Very sad breakfast and exactly the same menu everyday with no live egg option also. I can go on and on about this hotel. It basically ruined our entire trip to istanbul.

The best by far is the location! Staff is super friendly and helpful. You can hear everybody in their rooms. Breakfast is ok NOT superb. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but is doable.

The location was perfect, the hotel was very tidy, the rooms were nice. The staff were very polite and very helpful. They allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage before and after our stay. The breakfast was varied and super clean. one suggestion would be that the towels should be changed (even though they were clean) and the toilet door should have a better seal

Central location, close to public transport. Lack of in hotel dining other than breakfast. Most of the things I didnt like are things the hotel cannot change like room layouts, room bathroom off the family room, etc.

The room we were given had practically no windows (only small ones facing a tiny courtyard), so there was no natural light. We changed it for a much smaller room with windows facing the inner courtyard, but it had very poor sound insulation, so every noise and bang could be heard.

Very nice hotel in a prime location due to the proximity to the T1 tram line (Karakoy stop); only steps away. The rooms are clean, well decorated, beds comfortable, and showers are nice. Breakfast is offered buffet style. We thought it was just okay. It is convenient if you're on the move. Very attentive staff is a plus. Highly recommended. More variation in breakfast.

My personal preference around aroma in the air co. I’d prefer not to have it in the room. But I understand the intent is positive for it.

The location is 10/10. What I liked the most is the staff, they were very helpful and polite. During our stay we need a wheelchair and the staff helped find one to use. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely consider it again.

A lovely decent hotel, great value for money in an excellent location. Hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Very friendly welcome.

good location lots of dinig within walking distance

I don’t like the property did not like the hotel. When I arrived and checked in, I noticed that the hotel and the room did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. The cleanliness was also not good, and the ventilation in the room was poor. Because of that, I decided to leave the hotel after about two hours. Unfortunately, the hotel gave incorrect information to Booking.com and claimed that I did not check in and that I need to pay an additional amount. This is not true, as I had already paid the full amount in advance. It is unfair to ask me to pay extra when I only stayed for a short time and left because the hotel did not match the photos and the conditions were not acceptable.

Overall, the staff is nice and tries to be helpful. Toiletries in the bathroom are of nice quality. Location is perfect for exploring the historical city center. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning view. Our room was listed as deluxe, but it fell short of expectations. The bathroom was very small, and the towels were worn. When you open the window, there is a wall just 15 cm away. The most disappointing part was breakfast - below basic. The hotel sits in a pedestrian area with no designated taxi drop-off or pick-up. Staff did not offer help with baggage, so it’s not suitable if you have more than hand luggage.
