Excellent location. Friendly and responsive staff. Room was very clean. TV troubleshooting was very prompt. "City view" was light shaft or back walls of adjoining buildings, with many fans running nonstop. Room was noisy 24/7 from outside fans through bath and bedroom windows, although bedroom window was sealed well.

The location is excellent, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they even allowed me to check in early, even though I arrived well before the official check-in time. I really appreciated that after a long flight to Istanbul. I happened to stay at this hotel during cold weather and noticed that the heating is provided through the air conditioner.

The location is excellent, and the room was nice. The room was way too noisy. The street noise kept us awake at night, which was a huge issue.

We had a short stopover and really appreciated the great location. We loved the fish sandwich place just a few meters away. The staff were friendly, and the room was simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Property is in a good location, close to Galata bridge, easy walk to old town and also newer area. Property has clean rooms, and personal is very friendly helping out with all what a tourist needs. Also there is a good breakfast if you opt for it. They need to put the sign more visible, it’s hard to find the place specially at night time. Google maps will get you close by there but then you will have to find it around the area.

The location was excellent, easy to get to the restaurant, shops, Galata Bridge, Tower, and Istanbul Modern Museum, among others. I was not happy with my room at first, and upgraded it to a suite with a window and view since I was staying another four nights. Breakfast was your traditional Turkish meal, always fresh, bread, egg omelet, olives, cheese and etc.

Everything is perfect, the room is spacious, very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They speak very good English. There’s no dedicated parking for the hotel, if you’re lucky you’ll find something across the street, but this is the case for almost 90% of hotels in galata. So it’s ok I wasn’t bothered. There are paid parking spots close by.

This place was the perfect location and close to everything as well as transit, the staff was so accommodating and the breakfast there was very good. The place was clean and easy to contact the staff.
