Nicely refurbished boutique hotel in a great location at Karakoy. The fitness could be improved as the basement facilities in general. The rooftop could be better leverage.

Beautiful room with great AC. Bathroom was lovely with nice products and a body loofah! Really helpful staff. Great quality hotel - would definitely stay again.

I wrote to the manager to receive the same room as before, and very kindly she did. Also, the roof-terrace has a very nice view and they bring drinks from the restaurant underneath.

The location is super perfect.. it has easy access to almost all public transportation (tram, tunnel, ferry) .. very close to the busy Karaköy yet located in a quieter part of it.. and you can easily walk to Galataport, taksim, galata, sirkici .. The hotel is clean and smells nice .. the staff are friendly & super helpful.. I think it will always be on my list to stay in Istanbul & even recommending it friends & family

What really caught my attention was the pleasant scent in the room and corridors, as well as the toiletries provided, as they use an Istanbul fragrance which I personally liked a lot. Overall, it was a very good experience, especially for those who prefer staying in a well-located hotel Nothing

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent, very close to the tram T1 and within walking distance of Galata Bridge and Galata tower and Istanbul Modern. A perfect base for exploring the city. On the downside, the rooms are not very well soundproofed, so noise from other guests arriving late at night or leaving very early in the morning for the airport can be disturbing.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very close to Galataport and easily reachable on foot. Galata Tower is also nearby, which makes sightseeing very convenient. In addition, both the tram station and bus stops are just a short walk from the hotel, making it easy to get around Istanbul. Rooms without view

The lobby, room, restaurant and staff were all excellent. Very warm greeting every time you stepped into the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was so good we went back for another night over a reservation we made The room was exactly what was described and beautiful

The location was perfect for a short stay in Istanbul. Right on the Tran, near the ferry and the tunnel. The backstreets behind the hotel had nice little restaurants . The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The room was quite even though the hotel is on BBC a busy street. The doorman and receptionists were extremely helpful with restaurant and taxi reservations and with transportation tips. It was all good

Very good location, walking distance to restaurants and to spice market. Large room, clean, breakfast has good variety of food, hot food can be ordered to be made to your liking. Would definitely stay here again Nothing to dislike
